Winning choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a superb TV. The picture is terrific. The remote control is a little buggy but straightforward. The “smart” component makes it easy to use. I would definitely recommend this TV. It's a wier.

Adding apps is difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The image and clearness are an improvement over our previous TV. Being able to connect and Ethernet cord is a huge plus. The biggest drawback is the difficulty adding apps. I have tried multiple times to add “The Chosen” app and have been unable to add it. What good is a smart tv if I cannot add apps?

Amazing picture and sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing picture and vibrancy from top to bottom and corner to corner and great sound. It took me a month to stop flinching when it looked like something was flying off the screen at me. It's really that great and the best TV I've ever owned. I almost forgot about all of the apps and extras are pretty amazing.

Very Satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bright screen and sharp display with excellent contrast. My only complaint is the remote controller: it is very small, the buttons make it very easy to accidentally mute the sound when you are trying to increase or decrease the volume (I suggest separating the mute button from the volume), and generally would be helpful if the form factor were a but larger in my opinion.

Samsung is tried and true. 5-Star all the way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 4 Samsung Smart TV's in our home. A 70" in our Living Room, a 43" in our Dining/Kitchen, and a 32" in our Master Bath and a 50" in our Master Bedroom. These TV's are terrific. Great color and contrast with beautiful picture quality. We are sold on Samsung and this brand is now our go-to-brand for electronics, especially tv's.

A new age of TVs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is great! Sound quality is great. Ability to find the apps you need is pretty good. I connected a BluRay player, and it automatically detected it and made it an option on the Inputs. Love that. What I do not love, in fact, makes me regret purchasing this product, is that you have very little control over what's on the home screen. The default is for it to tell you about Samsung TV Plus. OK, fine. But the biggest thing on the screen is suggestions for games to download. I do not want to play games on my TV. Especially not brain rot like Candy Crush. There seems no way to get rid of this option. I have looked all over Al Gore's internet for a solution. To no avail. It's a new generation for TV owners... YOU are the product. You aren't buying the product. Caveat emptor.

shop for something better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sounds is too muted so have to raise the volume very high to hear everything said .....remote control is useless doesn't light up and it's too small to see and use the buttons in low light had to order a better one on line ... what ever is presented when you first turn the tv on that program kicks in if you don't act fast enough to make a choice then you have to go back out and in again, don't like the AI feature really seems useless I'd buy one without it don't waste your money , live tv is nothing but junk and old programing so that is worthless , streaming sucks it's a money pit !

Pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good budget smart tv, having a smaller and older Samsung smart tv, I decided to get a bigger updated oled model, it doesn't disappoint, has nice picture and the software plays well, have not seen any lagging so far after trying it out, I do use other streaming devices though, like roku Apple TV and fire tv cube was a easy hook up using a hdmi switch, I signed into some streaming services without issues and they play well using the Samsung software, definitely recommend to anyone who is on a budget, I did get it on a lightening sale though from Best Buy
