Didn't realize a stand alone speaker system could not be attached with an optic cable and need to use a HDMI cable. Not liking it. Tends to vibrate loose and causes issues with the sound. Needed to table cable to the back of the TV with electrical tape. Aside from that the TV is awesome

Of course, the picture quality is incredible, the colors are vibrant, the blacks are deep, and everything from movies to games looks sharp and immersion. What surprised me, though, are the little features that make using it everyday so enjoyable. My favorite is the rechargeable SolarCell remote. I love not having to buy or replace batteries, and the fact that it can recharge using light is such a smart, eco-friendly idea. Another feature i really appreciate is how customizable the home screen is. I can organize my apps the way I want instead of being stuck with apps I don't use. The interface is also fast and responsive. Apps open quickly, switching between them us smooth, and i haven't experienced the sluggishness that some smart TVs have. Overall, Samsung didn't just make a TV with an amazing picture they paid attention to the everyday experience as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am deeply dissatisfied with the name Samsung. As you seen above it's a 65” bought in 2025. I will give you the doubt and say we have owned it for three years. I have seven white spots in the picture constantly. I heard it is pixels that fall off and allow the light to shine through. The tv has been stationary since we bought it not jarred or shaken in anyway. Not moved. I would have thought we would get more than three years out of it since we are still using our plasma tv downstairs going on 22 years. Great picture, sound everything.

Has been great for me and my family

Also not enough connections or the correct connections on the tv to plug in my soundbar and headset. My last Samsung TV purchased in 2019 did accomadate these items.

The sound is amazing, the picture is awesome and pretty well exactly what I was wanting. Contact is great, brightness is perfect and even though I still haven't totally learned how to operate it, the features and choices are endless. Since I don't have cable, I rely mainly on Antenna and Internet which gives me a wide range of entertainment. Alexa is a huge help and I have connected my echo dot, phone and laptop and I truly enjoy exploring it to find out what I can choose next. Even my Audiologist recommended Samsung for their Audio and with my hearing impairment, I depend on my Samsung QLED because it's so far ahead and so much better than my previous TV. I love Samsung!

I have been enjoying the free channels that come with the TV, especially the game show channel that have the shows that I grew up watching.

I want to upgrade to our university mode cause a little bit mode. I have trouble finding it and using it because I have fat fingers but most of all, I love the TV itself. I was gonna pick another brand, but since this was a gift from me to my birthday, I really enjoyed it. The next thing online is to try to get a phone. Thank you once again Sam for your promotion.
