I'm a big guy, my thumb is always hitting 2 buttons at the same time! Aggravating! This is a bedroom TV, so I like to flip channels without lights or glasses. Can you help with a larger remote! This television has 1 issue every so often it will not turn on you have unplug it and wait 10 min. Then plug it back in then it comes on I've called support about the issue they don't care or have any answers even though it's still under warranty

My only complaint is the remote controller: it is very small, the buttons make it very easy to accidentally mute the sound when you are trying to increase or decrease the volume (I suggest separating the mute button from the volume), and generally would be helpful if the form factor were a but larger in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from another Samsung that was approximately 10 yrs. old. There is a huge improvement in the picture quality. Sports in particular we see much more acuity in the picture. I wasn't expecting such an upgrade in sound quality, but it too is impressive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is clear, bright, and flawless. Audio is crisp and easily understood. The user interface is horrible! It's counter-intuitive, far too complicated, and opaque. Compared to previous interfaces, it's a total failure. It seems like someone at Samsung told the programmers to make the device as hard to use as possible, and they exceeded their assignment. For example, on previous models the Home screen featured a horizontal row of icons representing all channels, apps, and functions. The new one shows a horizontal list of streaming channels at the bottom under three buttons labeled "For You," "Live", and "Apps." So YouTube is right there, but Tubi, Peacock, and Sling are on another page. This is just another example of how often designers confuse overly complicated with easy to use and enjoyable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seeing things in older movies we've never seen before. Due to the clarity and resolution we see much more detail including the background. This tv has a really good auto brightness that isn't too noticeable that the tv is getting brighter or dimmer. Contrast in color is great, details are sharp and it's so nice to see black instead of blotches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is outstanding (I am almost annoyed at how clearly I can see ear and nose hairs, or that I can see that an actor is wearing contacts in a period drama)! If there is a less than positive issue, it is with the sound quality which could be with the show instead of the TV because it is not “across the board.” I absolutely love the Samsung TV Plus feature that provides a tremendous variety of free shows (thus eliminating a cable bill).

But the main diff is the software, it works like a charm and has notifications for the smarthub integrated. Also, an awesome discovery for me was the remote, which you can charge via usb or solar!
