[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of owning LG and Fire TVs, it was time for a change. I was of the thought that a TV is a TV. Just has to turn on and work. I was wrong! While this is not the top of the line or the most expensive for Samsung…the price is right and the TV is wow! The picture quality and responsiveness is amazing. I have a small living room so the sound is great, especially with the sound amplifier feature. I love that all the apps are on the Home Screen, making them easy to find and use. The app for controlling the TV with my phone is user friendly and convenient. In short, I recommend this to anyone who is starting to discover the value of a great TV.

The only thing I don't care for is the remote. It's very sensitive, if I bump it with something in my bedside drawer, it'll turn itself on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the picture is fine. The low rating is due to the speed. We have Spectrum internet service hard wired/directly connected to the TV which the download speed is 400-550Mbps/Upload 21Mbps. We have NEVER experienced this on any of our previous TVs - at any given time, mainly during ANY movie - NOT just fast paced action movies, the picture goes out of synch with the lips while talking-especially when they have a group of people talking back and forth. Also, if there is a fast movement it can blur and pause on occasion. The blur is fast but noticeable. SO disappointing. If I would have been aware of this issue I never would have bought the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed the Samsung TV it was quite easy to setup but with the apps that l use love the quality and the proformance is the best I've have seen from my other television sharp pictures easy to find movies and shows samsung will be my only choice for future television from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV image is amazing! Navigating with the included tiny remote can be challenging because there are few options on the remote itself. The biggest disappointment is the sound quality. It's pretty much not usable so I run it through an amp and speakers. There is no audio output jack from the TV. My previous Samsung had optical i/o.

Prior to this, i had another Samsung TV, but a lower tier model, that served me well until my cat knocked it over. I decided to opt for a higher tier model because why not? Lol. The visual upgrade is shockingly noticeable. Incredible picture and awesome for gaming with adjustable frame rate. Great feature! Barely any adjustments had to be made. The menu is much more user friendly and customizable. Even the built-in speakers sound nice and clear and when using my sound bar, the so7nd is incredible and no more fluctuations during movies! My only gripe, which is hardly a gripe at all, is that the remote is pretty small and took a bit to figure it out completely, BUT its a rechargeable remote by either USB-C OR...by the sun!! Thats right, its solar charged!! Super cool and no more hassle of batteries. I have absolutely zero complaints and by far, my favorite TV to date.

After a few months use, it's only OK. The picture quality is very good. Rich colors. Closeups are very clear. My fault for not looking, but there are NO OTHER INPUTS, beside HDMI and Bluetooth. I have to connect soundbar via bluetooth instead of optical. This is very annoying to do every time I turn on the tv to connect. No RGB connections (for older devices). TV audio is OK at best. No bass. Volume has to be at 65-70 to hear ok. Setup is easy. Has AI and audio options, but I don't use them. Will probably move this tv to a room that isn't used often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Samsung. As we got older, our old TV was difficult to see detail. Noe the picture is bigger, more clear and wonderfully sharp. We wish the sound was a trifle better, but the set is worlds above our old one.

So, we decided to get a new Samsung TV and we also decided to step up to the 65" TV. It's been a couple of weeks since our purchase and we are very happy with our choice.
