[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very disappointed in the TV. Had it for 6 months and already has to be replaced. Luckily I bought a support plan for it. They came out to fix it but the panel has to be replaced and that costs more than the TV itself. This is my third Samsung TV in 5 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as a gift for my parents as I love Samsung products and wanted to gift them a new TV as an anniversary gift as they hadn't had a new one since they became flat-screen years ago now, maybe decades ago now. I needed to update their TV to one that atleast had Bluetooth capabilities in order to link to our cellphones. I couldn't have made a better choice. It took a moment to get used to the clarity difference in between their old and this new one and it was a tremendous one too! The clarity on this Samsung looks like real life compared to the other TV seems so outdated with it's picture now. Although when I get the TV to their home, I am setting it up, I got to trying to connect their surround sound to this new TV when I realized it wasn't going to work and I had to run out and make a purchase for a surround sound home theater system from Samsung to go with the new TV I'd just purchased because my parents surround sound was too outdated now to work with the new connections. No one designed anything to use as a conversion piece for the plug so a new system was the only way to go.

I figured a little more of something great could only be better so stepped up to the 98 inch. Very rich picture and quite a bit larger. I just use it for movies and watching sports and highly recommended it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is user friendly and supports all the apps for streaming with no lag. The screen is clear and the picture is very crisp. The remote is easy to use And not a very busy remote. The TV is very light and easy to set up

It is tiny, hard to understand and I will never buy another Samsung TV if that remote (or any other similar device) is included. I will make it a point to inspect all future remotes. Fortunately, our old remote with numerous buttons works well.

Bold style wrapped in pure 24k gold functionality. Beautiful colors, razor-sharp definition. Watching Aliens or Predator on this TV is an amazing experience. Check it out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apps set up thru the t.v. are constantly needing to be reset. Passwords lost and need to be re-entered. Screen saver has now begun to pixel crazy, empty black areas within the saver. Never had these problems with my other Samsung.
