These are great for anyone on a diet kick! They store well and easy for on the go! The consistency is great and the price is good. It taste great and good aftertaste as well!

Great quick blast of protein for a midday pick-me-up. Nice level of sweetness and fruit flavor. The strawberry and banana counter the trademark Greek yogurt bite.

These are the only protein drinks I drink anymore. All other protein drinks upset my stomach and I can never finish them. These taste like smoothies and they are the perfect amount for one drink. I couldn't recommend them enough.

After having some gestational issues and surgery, I am currently having to incorporate lots of protein in my diet. I fell in love with these protein shakes! They're convenient to carry with you and small enough to be stored in a handbag. They're not as thick as other shakes and the flavor is incredible. There's zero added sugar, which is a plus! Yay yay! There's a total of approximately 4 g of sugar in each flavor. I usually get peach, mango pineapple, or strawberry banana. They all taste amazing!

Like other reviews said I was skeptical at first but this is the best tasting and thinnest protein drink I have yet to find for someone trying to meet protein goals this has made it easier then ever I have to stop myself from having more sometimes for a protein drink that is a first.

It was a little chalky in texture, but not enough to diminish my enjoyment. Not too sweet, and the peach flavor was not overpowering but natural.

Low in added sugars ,only natural sugars. Oikos Pro is an excellent choice if you want a high-protein, creamy yogurt to support workouts or as a filling snack.
