I also like that it's low calorie (140 cal) and has 23 grams of protein. For someone that is trying to increase their protein intake it's so helpful! I don't feel like there's a gritty or "proteiny" aftertaste and cleanup is a breeze too! Just rinse the bottle and recycle. Overall a very effective way to get yourself what you need.

After having some gestational issues and surgery, I am currently having to incorporate lots of protein in my diet. I fell in love with these protein shakes! They're convenient to carry with you and small enough to be stored in a handbag. They're not as thick as other shakes and the flavor is incredible. There's zero added sugar, which is a plus! Yay yay! There's a total of approximately 4 g of sugar in each flavor. I usually get peach, mango pineapple, or strawberry banana. They all taste amazing!
