I like that it has o 0g of added sugar and 23 g of protein. It is also refreshing. THIS would be added to my lifestyle. I would purchase this and other flavors. I really love that it has 23 grams of protein. My protein intake isn't that great so this is awesome to have and I will be getting it for every day at home. Only down fall it's a little chalky from the protein maybe? But not horrible

I love how smooth it is and how light the peach taste is. It still taste like yogurt and you definitely feel full after drinking. This looks and tastes amazing 🤩 would definitely recommend.
