I purchased this generator after many good recommendations. I am getting ready for either freezing weather or hurricanes or just plain power loss. I like that it can use gas as well as propane! It is heavy but after installing the wheels it can be moved easily. Like most generators, it is loud but, everyone else would probably understand your need to power up your home.

I called an Electrician friend of mine and ask for a reference. He called his Electrician buddy who does lots of generators and he asked for a recommendation for me. He came back with Westinghouse. My daughter bought one and then I bought this one. I'm happy to have it around.

Bought this after reserching all the reviews and when it arrived and I looked it over , I realized that most all the reviews were spot on.....man this is just what I needed being 76 years old and find I NEED an electric start generator....for the money this is a great mid range unit....I know with out a doubt, this is going to make my life a lot more enjoyable.....Thanks Westinghouse....

I purchased this generator end of August when we had a storm and the power went out for days. It was really easy and straightforward to assemble and put the wheels on, then just add the oil and gas following the instructions, then stared the generator. It ran continuously for almost two days with no problems at all, it was sufficient for my home. I'm very satisfied with this generator and feel protected in case of any future power outages.

Ordered the generator Feb. 1st,tried it yesterday for the first time,starts up right away.It runs great. After running with no load I then hooked it up to elec. panel, I put load on it.and it did very well.I ran my whole house with out any problem. I love it.

Although I've previously left a review about my WGEN9500DFC generator, I'm leaving another one. The battery 🔋 isn't working without a boost. I'm currently in the process of receiving another one. Besides that, the machine seems to be a good investment. Also I'm still waiting for my bonus generator cover

I bought this generator to provide power to my 30 amp RV. It is performing flawlessly! It is light enough for me to easily lift into the bed of my truck. I bought this unit a few weeks ago mainly because I did not want to have gas in my camper van. The propane was easy to hook up and it started after just a few pulls. The power seems to be adequate for my needs. Is is quiet and appears to be clean running...and their is always the ability to use gasoline if necessary though I have not tried that yet.
