We purchased this generator after Hurricane Helene hit our cabin in western NC. We were luckier than most as we only lost trees, including four across our driveway, but we had no power for 7 days. Our generator arrived in just a few days and was easy to set up and use. A real life saver, and now we feel much more secure.

I asked around and everybody is right, runs smooth and quiet. easy to put wheels on and oil easy to start. let it run for 4 hours today total power to the house no need to spend 10,000 just use this awesome machine. In today's world it's hard to find a well build machine like the 9500. Thank you

This is an awesome generator! I haven't used gas yet cuz I'd rather run it with the propane tanks.I like that it can be either or. It's not too loud either and easy to start. I can even start it with the remote and it's very easy to roll around. I definitely recommend this generator

I bought this generator after researching other units for price and operational use. I wanted it to connect to my home during power outages with a transfer switch. It has enough capacity to operate six circuits in my house to keep me up and running during a power outage. Unload the battery powered start up and the fact that it has a gas gauge. Other comparably priced units do not have these two features! This made it a great bargain on top of. It's easy to use and works great.

iGen 2550 Light enough to carry. Small enough to store easily. Enough power to run led lights, internet, small led TV and modern refigerator (or gas furnace if winter) This is the best deal for a homeowner like me. Safe for todays electronics and still affordable. Yes it operated perfectly, quiet and good on gas. (unlike my car)

I bought this unit a few weeks ago mainly because I did not want to have gas in my camper van. The propane was easy to hook up and it started after just a few pulls. The power seems to be adequate for my needs. Is is quiet and appears to be clean running...and their is always the ability to use gasoline if necessary though I have not tried that yet.

We bought just after Hurricane Beryl barreled through our neighborhood. We are prepared now for the next one. We have started it and runs like a smooth machine. It's quieter than I had hoped and big enough to run several appliances when the next storm rolls through Houston.

I bought the WGen10500Tfc model to replace my conventional generator that would run the lights, fridge, and a few other appliances during a power outage. This model is a beast and will be able to control all the necessities during the next outage without hesitation. My wife and I will be comfortable knowing we have this as a backup and rest assured our power will be restored as soon as I hit the button on the remote.

I bought this because our power keeps going out. Will complete this review after 1st use. Has lots of different options to plug into or gas or propane to use. Comes with its own tools, oil and everything you need to get it up and running out of the box. Except, of course, gas or propane.

I tried the unit out when I first got it. Hooked up a propane tank and it started right up. Stored it away and 5 months later it got its first real test. Same scenario. Plugged it into the house's transfer box, started right up and it ran our fridge, separate freezer, well pump and had access to electricity outlets in the kitchen for lighting and charging electronics. Couldn't ask for more. About 5 hours on a 20lb propane tank and a quick change out when needed. Will probably add a natural gas spigot outside so no changing tanks at all. Tri fuel option is terrific!
