First i thought like drink other collagen product but i bought this Vital collagen peptides and after drink for few weeks i feel my skin different feel more softer that my review for one month use this product. Very recommended and if u wanna know u try and u know it.

I use the Collagen Peptides once a day in my tea and I love it. It does have a very minimal flavor, but it doesn't ruin my tea or anything, and it didn't take long to get used to it. I used this for a few months and saw a difference in my hair shedding. However, I stopped because of the taste. I used it in smoothies and couldn't taste it, but I don't drink them daily. Also used it it oatmeal, the taste for me, is bad. I'd like to consume as a shot, is that possible?

I have been using this as directed for over 3 months and don't notice much difference in hair, skin nails or joint discomfort. I'll give it another couple months and then I will cancel. I mix it in my coffee every morning, don't notice any taste so that's a plus. Mixes well in hot liquid..

I was away for several weeks so I wasn't able to properly try this product out (which I bought for a soft tissue injury) My only concrete thought is that this tastes very strongly of cow hair/fur/coat and not in a pleasant manner (FYI: I like the smells of barns, farms, and animals). I'm a pescetarian and bought this flavor only because it comes in a larger size for less money. Wish I had bought the fish version of this instead.

I really like this product for not adding a lot of unnecessary ingredients and keeping it pure. The only complaint I have is when I mix it with water and shake it up it still clumps. I've even tried mixing it in hot water which helped a little. If the clumping issue gets fixed I would use this product daily.

I tried Collagen Peptides first but wanted to try the move to Marine Collagen for ethical reasons. I've gone straight back to Collagen Peptides! The reasons? - Marine Collagen doesn't mix as well - you can taste and smell fish slightly (with Collagen Peptides you don't even notice it) - Marine Collagen is more expensive in a smaller tub than expected - my hair was lovely and soft with Collagen Peptides but I noticed it went back to before with the Marine Collagen How I use my Collagen Peptides... - 1 scoop in the morning first thing to hot water with fresh lemon, fresh ginger and a pinch of turmeric - 1 scoop at night to nighttime tea (chamomile for example) I also do a lot of training in the gym, running and cycling and I've noticed a difference in my recovery and overall health.
