Started on this nearly a year ago, mainly for leathery, extreme dry, aging skin. I'm 72 for reference. Skin is so much better, no more constant itching. Hair is thicker, also. Noticed all these new growth hairs after just about 2 months. The big benefit for me was a surprise. Dry eye symptoms, runny eyes, grittiness, etc., are hardly noticeable. I first thought I was imagining it, but if I miss a couple days, the symptoms come back. I don't put it in coffee, while this product is unflavored, I do get a gelatin taste. It also doesn't dissolve well in cold anything. I end up with gooey clumps. So, I put about an inch of hot water in my glass, add the VP, mix a little, then add 2 ice cubes to cool and fill the glass with cran-raspberry juice. I've also noticed a variation in the powder as others have mentioned. The first time my container had large crystals and brownish bits, I thought it had gone off, I was about 2/3 thru the container and this stuff was at the bottom. It didn't smell right either. I threw it out. The next couple I received were fine.

I bought this for my health & recieved way more... I feel better in general, I am watching my hair grow! My joints & knees feel way better! I even have more energy! I tell everyone to get it!! I began using the product only a short time ago, so the actual benefit still remains to be seen. That being said, Vital Proteins is absolutely tasteless (a PLUS), mixes well into any beverage I've tried it with (hot or cold) and does not change the texture of the beverage (a HUGE PLUS for someone, like me, who is very sensitive to texture). If you're interested in trying a collagen product, I'd definitely recommend this one!

I bought this to improve thickness of my hair and nails. While so far my hair has not grown back where lost, the thickness of what hair I do have has improved. Overall I am happy taking this and will give it three months to see where I see improvements.

I started using this product 2 months ago and I love it. It dissolves into my coffee in the morning without any taste. It seems to make my coffee creamer when I add the creamer of my choice. I liked that I could take a simple quiz to find out how much a day I should be taking. I have noticed my hair has become shiner and healthier as well.
