I use this in smoothies mostly, but not just for myself! If my little ones have something needing healing from broken bones, sprains to simple scrapes I add it into their food. Healing from the inside out!

I'm so glad I bought Vital Proteins. I literally mix a scoop or two in my coffee every morning. My skin is looking younger and I feel better. My joints are less achy. I'm already on my third container and definitely have become a life long customer.

I started my first container, had to stop after a couple days due to a UTI. Waited a week, started taking it again, and after a couple of days another UTI. Not sure what is in it that causes this, but not trying it again.

I had tried some vital protein of my friends and got hooked instantly. It's great because you can put it in anything and has no flavor to worry about. I put it in my coffee a lot in the morning.

This is the worst tasting collagen and is hard to dissolve. When mixed with cold turns to a paste.... I have to do a bunch of things to get it to dissolve. Would not recommend to anyone....

This has hyaluronic acid. I can't find many other Collagen products with it. I've been using this for at least 6 months and I do see and feel a difference in my apperance and stronger.

I have been on Vital Proteins Collagen and Beef Gelatin for two weeks now and all I can say is WOW! I have more energy and I am not as achy as I have been in the past!
