I have been using this for only a couple days my knee pain is already feeling better the only downside I've been using the bathroom a lot more and I don't mean urinating lol I have been going anywheres from 4 - 8 times a day since starting this.

Blends easily in my coffee every morning. Tasteless. Husband calls it my 2 scoops of beauty a day! My hair looks healthier and nails stronger. Waiting to see if my skin looks or feels any better yet. On 3rd canister. It's pricey though.

Love this product! It dissolves instantly in any liquid & has absolutely no taste, so you never even know it's there. I put it in my morning chai, where it has been working its invisible magic for several months.

I have been taking this for many years and do not like the new packaging at all. It's hard to open and found little bits of hard things in it. Not sure it's collagen or something else.
