I started using unflavored powered collagen approximately 2 years ago and after one month the results were visible. It's changed the plumpness in my skin glow returned and over all look of my skin changed. I have always taken care of my skin but this product 100% took my skin to the next level. I will never stop using it.

After about 3 weeks I notice a healthy glow to my skin. My face is firmer and has a youthful glow. My arms and legs are softer as well. Love this product it has NO aftertaste whatsoever which is why I love it. I add to my coffee every morning. Family members are using this after seeing the improvement and they love it and notice their skin and nails are healthier and stronger.

I've noticed a significant change and great improvements to my hair, skin and nails since I started using Collagen Peptides about a year ago. It's great to add in to smoothies, coffee, and so many other options such as overnight oats. I absolutely love it and have turned friends and family to using Vital Proteins products because it's so great!

I'm not sure I am getting any benefits from Vital Proteins. First the taste of the Collagen is just horrible. I got the flavorless but when mixed with plain water is so bad I can't drink without gagging. Second the only effect I have seen is weight gain. I am tall and thin and work out 7 days a week. I am a distance runner. But with no other changes to diet and exercise I have been gaining weight over the past 3 weeks. Feeling very bloated. Is this normal? I'm ready to quit using between the taste and weight gain.

I don't mind the taste at all. Yes it does have a weird taste to it. The only thing that drives me nuts is that it doesn't dissolve at all in cold liquids. I've wasted a few scoops here and there trying to dissolve it in cold Powerade zero.. it just clumped up and I had to throw it away. It's not cheap so don't waste it trying to stir it in cold drinks.

Not sure if this is doing anything. I am takeoff overall wellness. I was hoping it would help with my skin, hair and nails. I haven't noticed a difference though. I put a scoop into my morning drink everyday. I've used half of the container. I like that it doesn't change the taste of my drink. But, I don't like how it clumps up in a snotty ball in my drink. Yuck. So... I don't know.

Purchased this to help the pain in my arthritic knee. I mixed it in with my cocoa powder and added water. After 50 seconds in the microwave it all went into solution. I drank the doctored cup every morning. After the first 2-3 mornings my knee hurt less...pain almost gone! I will purchase again! I did have to adjust my dosage. I tried two scoops at first. It gave me diarrhea so I tried one scoop. That didn't work very well so I tried 1 1/2 scoops and that seems to work. Hope it works for you.

This is a very good addition of protein. We like how it mixes well in all liquids. My husband is taking it now also. We feel better. However, a couple of moths ago, I tried the blueberry liquid shots for better sleep. I could not drink it at all and had to spill it out. It was sour in taste and gave me a stomachache. Disappointing.

I've used Vital Proteins & encouraged friends toward it for many years. The packaging changes are now so unacceptable that I must seek a new source. I had to use a pair of pliers to pry the "pinch & pull" tab due to arthritis. Having to go to the basement for a plumbing wrench is not my idea of an "enjoyable first cup of coffee" for the day. In addition we routinely recycle our plastic. Now.....I'm gone.

I'm in my 60's, my nails were peeling and getting very soft. My hair is thinning too. In 4 weeks, I noticed my nails are stronger and the peeling has almost stopped. My hair is falling out at a slower rate and it looks shinier. This product has given me hope that the thinning will stop. I will definitely buy this again!
