I love the collagen peptide powder! I have been putting it in my coffee every morning for the past 5 months and I can tell a huge difference in my hair. It feels fuller and less hair fall. My skin looks more even and brighter. After having a baby you forget things so I love that it ships automatically!

I love this protein. It's worth the extra cost to me. As someone with multiple allergies, I have lost a lot of protein sources, and there aren't any other protein powders on the market that are safe for me. Having vital proteins has been incredibly helpful for me in terms of getting adequate nutrition and calories every day. I love that it isn't flavoured with anything. It allows me to add it to all sorts of different food combinations, and it also means I don't have to worry about the risks associated with added ingredients. I take this stuff everywhere. I started out by taking half of the recommended dosage and I would get super bloated and insane stomach cramps. It took several days to go away after I stopped taking it. I thought this stuff was supposed to help with digestion but it made my stomach feel like I actually had issues! Literallu backed me up for days and made my stomach hurt sooooo bad!

I have been using Vital Proteins for about a year and a half and it has greatly improved my nail strength & hair growth! I even use it as a pre or post-workout if I need some extra protein without any additives. Also I have tried almost all the flavored ones and love those too for different occasions!

Bad reviews on not mixing but I've found it to resolve well in my hot tea/water. I only use one scoop as there is a light “taste”. I'm also not sure if it's this that is giving me a headache or one of other many things but I have noticed it past couple days. Will monitor and see.

I am voting with my dollars and have moved to another brand for collagen powder and protein powder. I need a scoop and a container that respects me, not just the environment. I am also wondering about changes to the product, especially if customers accept the shoddy packaging and unhelpful lack of a dedicated scoop. I was a long-time customer who recommended your products to others in the past.

About halfway through the large canister of this product, using it 2 -3 times per day, I have not really noticed a difference in my skin, nails, hair, or energy levels. But, that being said, I am a RNY bariatric surgery gal and these types of things go through my system quickly. I REALLY LOVE the collagen creamers, though! I use nothing else. I get the vanilla and coconut and use one scoop of each in my coffee. Heaven!
