I contracted covid early on in March and started experiencing hair loss about 3 months after recovery. Thankfully I had thick hair however I lost half of my hair. After researching I decided to use this brand. The decision was difficult as I eat a plant base diet so cow isn't my idea for anything. I noticed a difference in 3 weeks and now that I have been taking this product for almost 2 months I can see new hair sprouting at the top of my head. My hair is a mess right now however it's growing back and that is the goal. Highly recommend.

Love the simplicity of this product. Can use in water coffee a smoothie your oatmeal put in soup. It's just simple. It's tasteless colorless and can feel a difference in my joints my skin looks great. Easy simple way to add a needed benefit to your body daily

I purchased the unflavored and the strawberry lemonade flavor in the premeasured packets. I love that it's easy and I can take it anywhere! It isn't 100% dissolvable as it sounds like it will be, especially when it's in a cold beverage. Even with a blender bottle I couldn't get it all to dissolve. Unfortunate. :( I'll continue to use the unflavored if I notice any difference, but the strawberry lemonade flavor is not very good by itself. I hope to see some results!

I'm on my second month of Collagen Peptides and my hair and nails are growing like crazy. I have also experienced less joint pain. I will continue to subscribe! I had trouble with dissolving in cold water but reached out to Vital Proteins about it and they explained how to dissolve the powder first in warm water first and now it's been perfect every time. Great product and great customer service!

I have watch everyone craze about college band after doing lots of research on the product and it's benefits I finally gave in. I've currently been taking collagen daily for several months and I cannot get over my hair growth!!! had a horrible experience. I was so excited to get this at my local grocery store. I however had a scary reaction and stopped after 2 nights of night terrors and heart palpitations. Please keep in mind I had my thyroid removed 11 years ago at the age of 14. I sadly am on hormones now for life. I think because I take hormones the collagen messed with my serotonin levels and gave me night terrors aka nightmares and scary heart palpitations I wish the best for the company but if you are like me and dont have a thyroid be careful .

I e been using this for more than a year and my skin,hair and nails have had great results. I use 2 scoops a day in my coffee in the morning. It's non flavored so you don't taste anything but whatever you drink it with. I receive it through mail, so I don't ever have to worry about not having to reorder or go out and buy it. I put a scoop in my two cups of coffee each morning. Like that it dissolves quickly and is tasteless. I'm not sure if I'm really seeing or feeling any difference yet but I am getting ready to place another order to keep trying for at least another month or so.
