I used to lose a handful of hair every time I shampooed. I first tried this product at one scoop a couple times/wk and it did nothing. At my friends' insistence, I decided to try 2 scoops/day, EVERY day. After about 5 days my hair stopped falling out in the shower. What a pleasure! It really works! Completely flavorless and odorless.

I love what the product does for my nails and skin. I have been taking 2 scoops a day in my cereal with almond milk it dissolves perfectly. The downside to this product for me has been severe bloating, feet swelling so that shoes are tight and weight gain. I am going to try only taking it once a week and only 1 scoop. Disappointed.

New package is no good. I will be searching for a new product to replace Vital Proteins. I have used this product for years but when I opened the new cardboard container it was a nightmare. Very disappointed in this company and will never purchase again. Don't fix something that isn't broken.

I started adding collagen peptides to my morning tea and I have noticed so many benefits - stronger fingernails, my hair is softer and thicker, my skin is more supple and it has improved my digestion! It is tasteless and blends in easily to any liquid (coffee, tea, protein shakes). I also use several other Vital Protein products and have yet to be disappointed.

I purchased the unflavored and the strawberry lemonade flavor in the premeasured packets. I love that it's easy and I can take it anywhere! It isn't 100% dissolvable as it sounds like it will be, especially when it's in a cold beverage. Even with a blender bottle I couldn't get it all to dissolve. Unfortunate. :( I'll continue to use the unflavored if I notice any difference, but the strawberry lemonade flavor is not very good by itself. I hope to see some results!

So far so good! I love the fact that there is no noticeable taste and it simply and easily dissolves into my coffee each morning! Makes it easy to incorporate this step in to my daily regime. I'm looking forward to seeing and feeling the results 90 days down the line!

I've been using two scoops in my coffee for one week now. After doing research and reading reviews I was invested in the long haul to see what this product would do for my health. Within this first week my nails are noticeably stronger. My nails are normally very frail and split, peel, and so soft I can bend them. I am surprised how fast my nails responded. Over the years my hands in the morning aches and are stiff. Usually have the feeling they need to be cracked. Well within this first week the pain has improved significantly. Now days it's very hard to trust manufactures of health and beauty products. So many products promise the world, yet deliver nothing, but gladly take your money. This product is far from that. I will definitely use them again!
