I put a scoop of this in my coffee every morning. Can't even taste it. I notice that if I skip it, I'm hungry all day. Plus I recently had an adverse reaction to a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. Giving my body extra collagen has helped prevent more severe tendon damage, in my opinion.

the product is great. I have been taking for years and I believe makes a difference in my skin appearance but you also have to consider genetics, water intake and diet. I would like to point out that the new packaging is terrible! It is very difficult to open for people who have grip or hand issues. I cannot pinch and pull up. I ended up just cutting open and pouring all the product into my old container!!!! Thankfully I had not thrown it out. Switch it out or I will switch to another collagen. There are other choices. Why change what was working?

I'm so happy I finally committed and tried this product. The difference in my skin was noticeable within a week and now two weeks in I'm seeing in my nails as well. My skin is glowy and stays much more hydrated even in the harsh New England winter to spring transition. My nails are longer and noticeably stronger. I also love getting some extra protein in every morning with my coffee - there is no taste and if anything it helps my drink froth up better which I love. 10/10 all around, I'm thrilled.

I purchased my first container at the store , then signed up for auto ship. Not only do I take it daily , my 90 year old mother does as well. We put it right in our morning coffee and stir . No issues with it dissolving . We are enjoying the benefits it brings , we both have joint pain and this is actually helping us both .

I haven't used long enough to see any results, so can't rate for effectiveness. It's tasteless and not gritty so that's a wonderful plus. Will continue to use - might help, can't hurt. It is kinda calorie heavy, however - 70 calories per recommended daily volume.

This is the 3rd collagen powder I've used and this one is by far the best. I signed up for a subscription because it's benefits are amazing. My hair is thin, however, since taking vital protein for about 6 weeks my hair feels incredible it's definitely growing in thicker and it's grown a lot. My nails feel stronger and my recovery after working out has sped up significantly. There is also no taste! I love love love it!!

I always recommend Vital Proteins because it is a superior product and has totally helped me with my weak knees and Achilles. When I quit taking it just got out of habit one time and I noticed a considerable difference. I will always use this product!!

One scoop of powder easily dissolves in my 8 oz of hot tea. No grit, no taste. It use a scoop in the morning and in the evening. It's been a few weeks, I haven't noticed any major changes. My nails appear to be getting stronger. I expect to see results in a few months.

I''ve only been taking this product for a few days I've been nauseous and like I have IBS. I've noticed the product doesn't dissolve all the way I tried it In Hot and cold drinks. I'm definitely wiould not recommend or keep using this product. I wasted my money.

I like the product, but hate the new packaging. I appreciate your initiative to reduce waste, but I am a senior, with arthritic hands and was not able to open the lid without taking scissors to it, which was not a pretty sight! When testing a change, like this, please keep all customers in mind. I will now look for a product that I can open without the potential of hurting myself.
