I've been taking vital protein for almost a month and the biggest difference I've noticed so has been in the bathroom. I recommend installing a grip bar because the first week you'll want to brace yourself. Ya poop hard, real hard. My nails and hair do seem stronger too but I'm not playing, those poos are a doozey. Consider starting with a single scoop.

The smell and taste of the powder was vastly different than previously purchased. Not sure if the formula was changed or not, however, I am not a fan. This saddens me as I have always loved this product.

I was excited to try it but the unflavored kind has a terrible taste. I tried it in both hot and cold liquids and I could not finish the beverage either time. It definitely changes the way the drink tastes. I don't think I'll be finishing the container

I really can't get over the nasty smell and taste. It taste like the smell of stinky socks if that makes sense. I tried putting it in different kinds of drink, and can't mask the smell. I feel like I wasted my money because unfortunately. If you don't mind drinking nasty socks then go for it. But it is NOT odorless

I have heard so many amazing things about your product through social media. I wanted to give it a go and when I received my protein. I was underwhelmed by how much product was actually in the container. I paid for a 10oz and it was a quarter empty. However, I love your product- but wasn't satisfied with the packaging.

I love this one. I’ve been using it for over a year. I go flavorless because i love hot tea and coffee and u get the benefits without even knowing it’s there. I use the monthly subscription now because it’s there when I need it and if I use it as per the directions I run out maybe a day or two before my next one is on my door so I don’t have to shop locally for it. Bonus is it saves me between $2-$4 a month on auto ship. I also now send it to my son in the military and he’s been taking it for a couple months. He is now on auto ship as well.
