I thought it was a great product until I found a bug in the middle of the powder. Halfway through it and I saw that. Absolutely disgusted. Never buying this or anything affiliated with this product again. This product isn't the cheapest either, so to find this while I'm halfway through using it was disappointing and frustrating.

I love the product but cannot open the new “paper” container. I have arthritis in my hands and this morning I finally had to take a knife and chop up the top to get into the container. This is ridiculous. Please go back to the screw top. If not, I will have to change to a brand I can open. I hate to do that as I have been taking Vital Proteins for many years. There must be a way to be friendly to the environment and still make a container those of us with arthritis can open!!

I'm on my second month of Collagen Peptides and my hair and nails are growing like crazy. I have also experienced less joint pain. I will continue to subscribe! I had trouble with dissolving in cold water but reached out to Vital Proteins about it and they explained how to dissolve the powder first in warm water first and now it's been perfect every time. Great product and great customer service!

I'm disappointing in the lack of a scoop- A very normal, industry standard. If this is for environmental reasons, I would expect an accountability report with amount of money this saved and where it went to trees vs profits. It just feels cheap, which causes mistrust. The powder was fine, although the bottle is ridiculously large and shipped in a big box.

I was recommended to take this in a book to help promote bone strength. I've taken it for over a half a year now. I have no way of knowing whether it's actually helping. As to wrinkles and lines on my face, I see no difference. Perhaps it's protecting new ones from developing.

I've been taking this product daily for 3 weeks. I hope I didn't stabilize the ingredients when I opened the top. This rip pull mechanism is not user friendly. The one line or so instruction was impossible to follow. I eventually opened the top and the lid is mishandled. So goes saving plastic, I have covered the top with plastic wrap and a rubberband and stored in dry place. Hope this is still affective for price and time.

I am in love with the unflavored peptides!! I can mix it into my coffee with no change in texture or taste! I drink black coffee so that's a huge win! Clean product, US Made, high quality. I wish the servings per container was 30 but that's not enough to make me look elsewhere because I'm convinced this is the best! 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely cannot get it to dissolve in water like it claims…especially if it is anything above room temperature. It globs in the glass and is a gelatinous ball that is not pleasant to consume. Don't like it in my coffee at all—weird flavor and consistency. I keep trying to make it work, but I'm running out of patience.

It comes from grass fed cows, mixes well, has no taste and provides me with all the benefits I could hope for; better sleep, muscle recovery, skin, hair and nail health.
