I have been taking 20 g in my morning coffee for almost 3 months now and seeing results in my hair roots coming in darker and LOTS thicker, losing less hair in shower, nails are thicker and smooth shiney, my knees DO NOT bother me at all anymore. I really do enjoy the product. However I would note that it isn't 100% tasteless like the product claims. There is a taste and a difference in consistency. Though it is very slight. Not a bad taste by any means! But definitely does have a taste. Otherwise very pleased with my purchase! I prefer the original to the flavored one that I purchased so that would be my advice to others is just purchase the blue canister! Not the pink!

Was deciding between the capsules and the powder, looked to be the same product just in different form. But capsules had much less collagen and no hyluronic acid or vitamin c. Total servings per bottle were also confusing and 12 per day was serving size for capsules!

I have used Vital Protein Collagen peptides for years, buying it here or there. I just recently got a subscription to receive it every other month. It is a very versatile product and can be used in a wide variety of ways: mixed in smoothies, coffee, oatmeal, baking, almost anything. It does not alter the taste of anything I've put it in. My only complaint is that I can't buy it monthly due to the cost.

I can't believe how far this company has slid downhill over the last few years. I've used this product for years and then very happy, for the most part. Now, I just opened my very last container that I will ever purchase. First, you take away the scoop. As if people just have measuring spoons hanging around at the office, if that's where they use the product. So apparently we all need to purchase a set of measuring spoons to keep in the container from now on. If that's not bad enough, you now change the packaging to some sort of cardboard contraption that is near impossible to open. I know that my dad and stepmom with their arthritis would never be able to open this container. I wasn't able to open it simply because I have long nails. I literally had to go to my neighbor's house and have them open it for me! That's ridiculous! Not to mention that on the inner seal there's a disclaimer saying that if you open the product you are agreeing to arbitration and that if you don't agree you should return the product. What kind of nonsense is going on with this company! I'm done. I will be giving their competitors my business in the future.

I think it's too soon to see results, I've only been using it daily for a month, but so far I'm enjoying it. I add two scoops to my coffee and mix it up with an electric hand mixer/frother to make sure it's thoroughly mixed. Going to continue using it.

I used to really like this product because of how well it dissolved in coffee with very little taste. However, with this new formula, it never dissolves in my coffee fully anymore and causes it to clump or even separate, which looks and tastes unappetizing, so I've stopped using it. I haven't been able to find another formula that has the amount of collagen in a serving this one has so I'm really bummed. Has anyone else noticed this? And should I try dissolving it in just water instead of coffee?

I am amazed! Collagen Peptides is completely unnoticeable in my smoothies and herbal tea! I have even used it in plain water in a pinch. This is a really easy way to add protein to my diet. I have only been using this product for a few weeks, but I already feel like my joints are less stiff in the morning.

I have tried a few different collagen products, a couple collagen peptide ones. This one has provided a big change in my nails, no longer crumbling and brittle and they grow, getting stronger every day. Noticed my skin is improving, my hair growth, and less hair breakage. Improvements in three months. Does not affect the taste of my coffee or shakes.
