I started using this product a month ago today on the advice of my doctor for arthritis in my knee. I have constant mild pain and stiffness for a few years and it is gone! I bought this for several reasons, for joints and anti anging. Been about a month, I put it in my coffee in the morning, does not really change the taste, it does not clump up either, a few stirs and it is dissolved. 1st thing I noticed was the eye area, and Holy cow, it is tightening and smoothing out around my eyes, the lines in my forehead seem to be not as deep. My hands have changed also. I am in the middle of something going on with my shoulder after a nasty fall, but I think it has helped in the rebuilding of the tissue in there. I was super weak for a while and some of it has seemed to come back already. I am going to keep on with this product because it works!

Love the fact that when they say unflavored, they mean unflavored as many other brands say unflavored and have an odd taste. I can use this in hot beverages as well as cold so that make me very happy. Skin and hair looking good and joints feel good. Nicely done!

I am on my third container of vital proteins, and I would say the most obvious change in my skin is how soft it is. I use moisturizer regularly, but when I went about three weeks with out VP, I noticed a negative change in my skin. It makes my skin feel very smooth and very soft.

Taking this product daily has really improved my skin. I have been adding this daily to my coffee in the morning. I can't even tell that I have added anything to my coffee, but know all the benefits I am getting. I originally started taking this because I read that Jennifer Aniston uses this. I am so glad that I have added this to my daily routine. I feel like I am glowing !

I bought this about a month ago and have been using it every morning in my coffee. There is no taste and found it to be easily dissolvable if you don't mix it right away. So far, I notice stronger nails and less joint pain. It does suppress my appetite when taken in the morning, which helps with weight control. Overall, great product, waiting to see more positive signs.

I''ve only been taking this product for a few days I've been nauseous and like I have IBS. I've noticed the product doesn't dissolve all the way I tried it In Hot and cold drinks. I'm definitely wiould not recommend or keep using this product. I wasted my money.
