There are some great benefits that I have noticed from this product like more hydrated, less itchy skin, reduced knee pain and major hair and nail growth/strength. Those are all things that make me want to love this product. The bad thing is that I have developed terrible neck, jawline, and cheek acne that are deep painful cysts. I have not been able to get rid of them to save my life including using retina-A. The same pimple will last weeks and weeks and I'll get five more before any disappear. I have not changed anything else, and am not prone to acne so I must attribute this change to the collagen peptides. I can't handle the acne and am sad to have to say goodbye to all of the other great benefits this product has brought about.

I started taking the collagen peptides in January after I had my baby to start with joint care. This is a good supplement, I'm a sucker for them and this one is very helpful, I feel less bloated and my eyebrows and nails are growing like crazy, and my joints feel good after I started exercising again.

I've been taking this since 2022...for 3 years and I am absolutely in love with the product and tell everyone about it. However, since the recent new packaging, it does not dissolve and it clumps into a very hard sticky substance to the point that it does not even come off the spoon when stirring. I had to switch to a different company, however I wish I didn't have to go that route.

I switched over to this from another product. I sprinkle one scoop slowly into my coffee daily and it dissolves beautifully with no stirring required. My coffee has no strange taste to it either, like my prior collagen powder did. Price fits my budget too!

I don't use protein powders because I try to avoid anything with more than 5 ingredients, also avoid soy and dairy which are in most protein powders. First let me say I love the actual product. I've used your collagen a long time and it's excellent. Now let me tell you that the devil himself must've designed your new paper packaging and as much as I love your product, the unholy misery it takes to open it is absolutely not worth the ire that comes from my body and the expletives that come from my mouth just attempting it. You should immediately fire whoever designed that. I understand your desire to remove the plastic, but this “solution” is unacceptable. I'll be finding another brand that doesn't put me through torture to use their product. I know I'm not alone in this review because I've read so many of the same on pretty much every page that sells your product. Listen to the people already.

I love my Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. My friend recommended it to me and I know the effects are different for everyone but I cannot believe that my dying hair came back to life after a month of using it. A few more months later my nails and skin have improved. I also love that this has protein and I can easily add it to anything I want.
