Unopened and returned because of the odd disclaimer under the lid acting as the seal. Be sure to go the website to read the disclosure. The exact address is on the seal. Felt real off putting and makes me wonder why such a warning/disclosure is needed.

I received my monthly Vital Protein collagen. The paper lid was not completely sealed and there was powder in the packaging box. Then when I opened it there were brown specks all iit. I have never seen that before. I am not going to use it and would like a refund.

I heard so much good about this product but I don't know if my batch went bad or what it is, but every time I've wanted to use it, it clumps. If I put it in my water it clumps and I don't want to shake my water bottle for 10 min. Am I doing something wrong because it only seems to dissolve in hot water. I don't drink coffee and it gives my tea a very weird taste. The taste in plain water (after I finish shaking it) also isn't good. I'm so sad! I bought this with very high hopes and I can't seem to enjoy it as often as I'd like. im going to continue use and come back and review after I finish it.

I had been using this for years and am seriously considering switching to something different. There are so many other ways you could have become more environmentally friendly then by removing the scoop. Your prices already went up so much over the last year, which I understand, everything has gotten more expensive, but then to also get rid of the scoop! Come on….

My BFF, who analyzes everything was using this product after she fractured her foot; and I had seen the ads with Jen Anderson as well. I am a sceptic so I did not buy into the product and the hype. But I was looking to add better whole ingredients to my wellness routine so I bought a tub. When I first opened it I decided to go ahead and taste to see if it was infact "flavorless"...so I dipped my finger in and took a plain taste....much to my surprise, it ACTUALLY is tasteless...no smell, no taste...then I put it in my coffee...no extra taste, no smell and no weird consistancy. If I am running late...not breakfast... the protein holds me over from 6:30 am - 10:30 when I am ready for a snack. I love it! BTW, I told my husband about it.....Put some in his coffee...he didn't even know it was in there. He's good with it as well. I will be a repeat customer.

After about 6 months of taking I really started to notice a difference in the morning pain I've had for so long. I have undiagnosed joint pain and weakness and mornings were always tough, felt like I couldn't move my legs. Aside from flare periods that is almost nonexistent thanks to Vital Proteins.

I just started using the product so I can't speak about results just yet. But I will say it is tasteless so I am happy about that. I read several reviews that commented on a bad taste. Maybe they got a bad batch? The ingredient label and breakdown is clear and easy to understand. I also appreciate it is dairy/gluten free. Also, after doing some research found since I don't have joint issues etc. it's not necessary to take the full 2 scoop dosage making the product last longer. I will update my review in the future months if I actually see results in skin, hair etc. Fingers crossed!

Bought this flavor and the Strawberry Lemon beauty flavor, and a couple of single packs of the Lavender flavor and all of them are terrible. I have put this flavor in smoothies and it's about a 50% chance every time that it actually mixes in. With all flavors I've tried, none of them mix into regular water well. It always turns out clumpy or half of it sinks to the bottom. The flavor on all three is also terrible. You can choke down the strawberry lemonade and lavender if you have to, but this original flavor needs to be mixed in a smoothie or maybe some food to get it down. Very disappointed considering the price. This is my first time buying a collagen powder so I hope not all brands are like this. :(

I have been taking the collagen for @ 2 years now. Recommended by a coworker who noticed improvement in her chronically sore knee as well as in skin and hair. My yoga instructor also recommended it to help flexibility I also have seen improvements in my hair and skin ( I'm 67). And I used to have chronic discomfort ( arthritis?) in my hands. Worse in cold weather. I truly do not experience that pain anymore. And perhaps am more flexible. These are all difficult things to evaluate but I do think the collagen is attributing to improvements. Have recommended to friends and family. Thank you!

I've been putting off buying protein powder even though I need it. My friend bought this and loved it so I thought I'll give it a try. Since having covid my already thin hair started falling out. I put it in my coffee this morning. It's awesome. I will most likely be getting a subscription. I want to try the creamer. I didn't know there was any such thing until I visited your website.
