Love the product, but due to the new difficult top, I will switch to another brand...the new packaging is terrible.

Very easy to supplement my protein intake. It's gotten a bit expensive, even with the subscription pricing.

Packaging is horrible! I've been taking this for a few years but that may change! Today I used a screwdriver to open the cardboard!

Wife has very fine and thin hair and weak nails. She's positive that your product improves her hair. I applaud your packaging change... BUT, I FOUND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN. I SUGGEST FEWER CONNECTIONS BETWEEN TOP AND BODY, ESPECIALLY AT THE PULL POINT. I have strong hands and fingers, am an engineer and understood the design (after some visual inquiry)... STILL IT WAS DIFFECULT!!

I'm jumping on the NO PAPER CONTAINER BANDWAGON. it is horrible!!!!! As others, had difficulty getting it opened. Then in trying to transfer contents to another container (wish I had saved the plastic one 😡), I nearly spilled all of the contents out because the flimsy paper buckled under my pouring hand. Come on people!!!!

Haven't seen any results, do not expect as too soonn. BUT have now read enough to stop using Vital Proteins because of first not disclosing ingredients and then disclosing metals (not many). So many protein products available (too many??), so keep looking!

I have been using this product for years and the only issue I have had with it is the plastic packaging. I am so happy for the new change. It took me a while to figure out the new lid but after reviewing the video I opened it with no problem. Thank you for a great product in great packaging!

I love the product - but the newish cardboard container is ridiculous - it takes forever to get the stupid thing open, and then the 'lid' doesn't fit nice and tightly! If I I had not saved one of the original plastic containers that I can transfer it to, I would never purchase it again. PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE!!! And, why on earth do I have to enter a nickname to submit a comment?!!

I have been using this product for four years and overall have been happy with it. However, what fillers are we now ingesting? It used to be 2 tbsp for 18g of proteins, then went up to 3, and now per this website, it is going up to 4 tbsp for the 18g of protein. What is being added to reduce the amount of protein per scoop? Another thing of note is that the container I have now says 3 tbsp = 20g of product. The label on this site says 4 tbsp = 20g of product, how is that possible? I will be finding another collagen product to use. I liked when I first bought it, because it was 2 small scoops per serving, instead of the huge scoops of other products. That benefit is gone.

I love that I can put this stuff in anything. It has no taste so I can add it to coffee, water, smoothies or soup if I wanted to. A small portion sometimes settles at the bottom but mixes back into the liquid just by stirring. I find it has no taste or smell.
