As soon as I opened the box, I was amazed at the solid construction of this generator. Great design which makes mounting wheels and supports an easy task. Followed the instructions with oil and connected the propane and fired it up. Runs great! Can't wait to put it to use!!

I bought WGen 11500TFc in August of 2024. It is an amazing generator which power up the whole house using Natural gas including both my 3.5 ton and 3 ton Ac at the same time with an easy start installed in both AC unit. I would recommend this unit if you live in Texas with all the power outage especially during Hurricane

Got my generator last week. Unpacked it and impressed with the Construction of entire unit. Welds in frame are outstanding! Engine is a little loud but have heard louder ones. Did the break in and ran several appliances and performed Great! Waiting for electrician to put transfer switch to hook up my breaker panel. So far, Impressed and Satified! Bill

Bought this generator after last years hurricane season to provide power to my house. After several weeks of research I decided to purchase this specific brand. I tested the product and it works better than expected -- my entire house has power, including my air conditioning system. Great name, great product -- I would purchase this again!

So far I am pleased with the product. Took a minute to get it started but seems to be fine now that it's running. Doesn't take up as much space as I thought, which is good. Easy to move around and like the color and features. Price was pretty good too. While I'm excited to use it I am in no hurry lol

I bought this generator in anticipation of a winter power outage. This model will be practical, as it uses both propane and gasoline. Its relatively small size is space efficient, yet it promises sufficient power. Look forward to using it in the event we need to. Feel secure having it.

I bought this generator because I needed an easy to handle in South Florida hurricane season. My handyman showed me how it works. I have a video so I can remember each step. It seems pretty simple. I feel much better going into hurricane season with this generator now being on my own.

I'm very impress with this generator with all the bells and whistles, so be sure and to read all of the manual instructions so that you can find all of its hidden treasures. But to top it all off and what impressed me the most is the tri-fuel system .

iGen 2550 Light enough to carry. Small enough to store easily. Enough power to run led lights, internet, small led TV and modern refigerator (or gas furnace if winter) This is the best deal for a homeowner like me. Safe for todays electronics and still affordable. Yes it operated perfectly, quiet and good on gas. (unlike my car)

I finally got to test the iGenTent this past 3 days in the Seattle area. We experienced what is called a "Bomb Cyclone" Power was knocked out for 500,000 customers. I left the generator outside for 3 days while our power was out. The tent kept the generator dry even under 50mph gusts of wind.
