My friends and my neighbors have been using Wgen Generators for back up no power. They said good things about them. I am very happy to have it. Worry free.

Wow this thing is awesome ! Came with oil , and oil funnel, propane hose, a pouch full of generator tools. Only thing I had to put together was the wheels which took myself a few minutes.

I just got this today. It arrived in great shape. Easy to assemble wheels and add oil. Will start it up tomorrow and start the break in process. Fantastic!

I bought this generator just a few days ago. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Started up and runs like a dream. Like the option of running on propane as well.

Our generator just arrived. We have read the manual which is very well written, easy to understand. Excited about the remote start as well as having option of gas or propane. Appears that it will be a great asset to our home.

I now have plenty of reserve power when PG&E shuts down my house power. Thank you for a great product. I was hoping for a few less decibels. Is there a noise suppression enclosure that won't trigger the CO shutdown feature?

We needed a generator, and this one hit all the plusses. Thanks for making an affordable dual-fuel generator. It works great, arrived a week before our power went out, and works great.

I purchased this generator a week ago, after studying may different makes and models. I bought it to run my home during hurricane outages. I am totally pleased with the way this product operates and the fact that I can run it on natural gas.

I bought this generator in June 2025. It certainly better than my generac generator which gave me some many problems. I also enjoy the fob start that makes things easier

This generator is a recent purchase & the set-up instructions were easy to follow & initial start was easy. The instructions for use were easy to follow & i hope I don't have to use it a lot, but I am confident that it will perform as listed.
