Wired this generator to my sub panel and started it up and started turning on breakers. I was impressed with its output. Was able to run most of the house. Water Pump, freezers, refrigerators and more. Easy to assemble and start. Ran for 5 hours and never worried only impressed.

Very user friendly, even if you do not have experience with generators. The instructions are clear and well written. Starts up on the first try with no issues right out of the box. After you add fuel and oil of course. The only issue I have with it is the dipstick is very flimsy. If you're not careful putting it back in you will bend it completely over

I tried the unit out when I first got it. Hooked up a propane tank and it started right up. Stored it away and 5 months later it got its first real test. Same scenario. Plugged it into the house’s transfer box, started right up and it ran our fridge, separate freezer, well pump and had access to electricity outlets in the kitchen for lighting and charging electronics. Couldn’t ask for more. About 5 hours on a 20lb propane tank and a quick change out when needed. Will probably add a natural gas spigot outside so no changing tanks at all. Tri fuel option is terrific!

I bought this generator last summer for camping and so far it has ran flawlessly. It was a refurbished model with very little use. My only reason for giving it 4 stars is it was shipped with a starter battery that was shot and the battery fot the remote also needed replacing. I am now trying to see what a new starter battery will cost.

How about this generator on January 18? I’ve been wanting one for quite some time but I am so glad I bought this one. This generator is well-made and very easy to put the hardware on it like the handle and wheels it runs awesome I recommend this unit to 3600 to any of my friends and I have a bunch of them Again thank you Western house for making a outstanding generator unit. I bought this generator on 16 April 2025 and I love all the features especially that I can run it on multiple fuel system. I have not turned it on yet but I will to make sure everything is up to par. I hope I don’t need it but if I do, I’m sure it will perform to my satisfaction.

I bought this generation to prepare for the upcoming hurricane season in FL. The electrician who installed the inlet for me tested it and it worked well running the 1 hp/240V well plus all house lights, TV, internet modem, and 2 fridges. I feel much better, as I'm now in better shape than I was last year, having experienced four days of power outages after the Milton Hurricane.

Just but ours and living all the features. It is everything we expected

Starts up first pull, very quiet. I'm glade I bought the 2800
