I bought this Generator end of last year due to increasing power outages in our area caused by big storms and deep freezes. We love the features like the remote start and fuel options. The portability aspect of this generator makes it a plus. We highly recommend it!

Plenty of power after storm outages to ensure fridges, freezers and water pumps can continue to run. Lots of flexibility in terms of connectivity to your house - regular outlets, large household-size plugs (14-50R or 14-30), or even USB outlets. Options on fuel (gasoline, propane, or natural gas) provide added flexibility for long outages. The electric starter and remote starter are added features that sold us on this model. Great value.

Starting with packaging and assembly, awesome, the 14500 is large, but at 70 plus years old , I could even assemble it by myself, even sent the exact amount of oil, no second guessing, we were involved with hurricane Helene, ready for any weather now, t/y

Just brought it . Live very rural a power goes out often. It cranks quickly and I love the remote feature because the generator is about 100 ft from porch so all I do is crank it remotely and throw the transfer switch . It's way quieter and doesn't cause lights to flicker when the water well pump comes on . Only used it for a test run but good so far

We bought it in preparation for more power outages. Since purchasing we haven't needed it, so it was worth the purchase, lol. But set up was easy, hoping we don't need to use it but we did have an electrician wire our house for it so it can run an AC unit and pool pump.

I am promised a cover if I write a review. The page wouldn't let me enter the proper model number. I had to review a tent. to receive a cover. idk how this works. i havne't run the generator so idk how itworks. I can't accurately say how it works. but I don't want to wait 6 months to get the cover.

I bought this generator in anticipation of a winter power outage. This model will be practical, as it uses both propane and gasoline. Its relatively small size is space efficient, yet it promises sufficient power. Look forward to using it in the event we need to. Feel secure having it.

I bought this a month ago and I am so happy with this generator. I actually bought one prior to that and after using it I realized it will be worth to buy another one before the freeze weather hit Texas. I am definitely glad I made this decision. It has a remote start and triple fuel function.

I purchased this during a critical time when frozen tree limbs and power lines cause power outages. I have not used it yet but the product has a number to great features for the cost. Switching between gas and propane - wheels to maneuver easily and a well labled buttons and switches. New to the use of generators and this one is portable and appears to be easy to use.
