On first use, 2 of the bolts for the pump motor vibrated out and fell to the ground. All of the bolts on the pump motor were not tightened down. After tightening these bolts, the pressure washer works great. Would have been 5 stars other than this.

I've used the Westinghouse 3600 PSI pressure washer a few times already. I'm happy with it so far. Starts right up, no pressure problems, etc. My only complaint was the first time I used it I saw a bolt lying on the driveway, when I looked at the unit I realized that 2 bolts loosened up and fell off. The bolts holding on the pump weren't tightened enough so I tightened up the one I found as well as the others. I have to go and pick up another bolt and and install that one as well.

Once the pressure washer was up and running, it worked very well. There were a few challenges to overcome including confusing setup instruction related to oil and after running the first time, 2 bolts that connect the pressure washer to the engine loosened and were found on the ground.

The set-up was quite simple. I had it ready to run in about 30 minutes. I washed the truck, the gutters on the house, the siding, various cement pads, my wife's car, my son's car, and anything else I could find, lol. That thing is amazing! I used some general cleaning soap to see if it helped on the algae covered siding. The soap makes a big difference. I let the soap sit on the siding for five minutes and then it sprayed right off like magic. I should have bought one of these years ago. My house has been looking bad for too long. But not anymore. I highly recommend this power washer!

The pressure washer is a very heavy duty and water pressure very strong. Very useful to anyone w/heavy duty jobs at home or if in business. I recommend checking the bolts however, two were very loose on the pump and vibrated out during 1st usage. Great buy, but check the bolts! Awesome machine!

My old PW machine wouldn't start so decided to purchase a new machine rather then have it repaired. I am so glad. This machine cut my exterior driveway, sidewalk and curb cleaning time by about 60%. Lived here since 2000 and the concrete is so white with so little effort. Crazy stuff. Kinda expensive but as they say, Time=Money.

Bought a few weeks ago. It’s a big engine to pull start, and a bit difficult at first, but keeping low pressure in the tank is key. Easy to assemble as well, and it works well. Complaint is the written (and on-line) manual does not match the new build of this machine. So a few things, including how to use the cleaning solution tubes, is not included, nor intuitive for those of use who have not had a gas power washer before. Due to the out of fate manual, parts listing etc has it’s issues. Overall, I think machine is (can be) great. I just don’t know how to use all its features.

I just switched from Honda because it quit out on me after just 4 years. This Westingtonhouse pressure washer has really well first impressions. It’s very quit, runs smooth and delivers equal power as its competitors. A little heard to pull start the first time but ran smooth after starting.

Purchased end of Sept 23 but didn't unbox until early June 24. Assembly was simple and short. The start-up instructions were detailed and complete. I did have to add an additional 2-4 oz of oil than what was supplied. The engine started after only a half dozen pulls and ran smoothly. I did a small area of my brick wall for about 15 minutes experimenting with different nozzles. The zero degree nozzle worked best for this application. Thus far my experience though limited has been positive.

This machine works great. I had a different brand pressure washer that did a decent job, but nothing compared to this. The only problem I had is that the dipstick oil cap didn't come with the machine as it said it was supposed to, but Westinghouse took care of me and sent me one. I do wish some of the instructions were a bit more clear though.
