I bought 2 months ago and we only used it once. Now it wont turn on, the pull cord is stuck. I bought the mystery oil and that won't work either.

I have only used it for one day, but after the unit is warm, it was difficult to start it. I had to let it cool down for about 15 minutes, then it started after a number of pulls. Otherwise, the unit worked fine. Assembly was easy and completed within 20 minutes.

just purchased this product. the instructions made assembly simple, everything needed was included except for a 10mm wrench and an allen wrench. Operation of the unit is similar to my old one (of a different brand) but the pressure of this new one is phenominal compared to the old one.

I bought this because I got tired of spending an entire day washing my driveway with my electric pressure washer. Assembling it was pretty straightforward, no issues there. The only issue I had so far was getting it to run. I followed the instructions in the manual, line by line, to start it up and I could not get it to run. After several attempts of pulling the cord and releasing the pressure from wand, I was ready to call it quits. I stood there looking at it, thinking to myself that I should've gone with the Simpson, but then I noticed a lever with a yellow tab and stickers of a rabbit and turtle right below it. I saw it earlier when assembling it, but I did not see anything about it or its function in the manual so I didn't think much of it. The lever was position all the way to the right (turtle), so I moved it all the way to the left (rabbit) and pulled the cord and wah-lah...it ran. Did some googling afterwards and found out the lever is to control the Throttle/Engine Speed. It would have been nice if Westinghouse included that in their instructions. With this being my first gas powered tool, I didn't know that it was something I had to do. Anyway, I tested a small part of my driveway to see how strong it was and yes, it will definitely save me time.

Once started it works great! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is it took us a minute to get it started. I wish it had clearer instructions on how to get started with better pictures. We do love it though and it cleaned our driveway great. I am planning on starting a small business which is why i decided to go with this pressure washer due to the better views and psi level. I recommend this product to first time users who want a pressure washer to do the job!!

I’ve had this for a few months and finally used it. It works great but in the process of using it I let the pressure hose get against the engine and burned a hole in it, my fault completely. I am trying to find a replacement hose for it, 50’ length and so far none will fit due to the location for the hose connection being almost inline with the right side of the frame/handle. New hoses have added protection for the first few inches and due to the added thickness of the hose it will not line up with the connection. I’ve even tried to add a 45* elbow and can’t find anything that fits. I would NOT purchase this unit again for this reason. Any help is appreciated.

Bought this a week ago and by far this is the best pressure washer I have tried. I originally bought an electric pressure washer from a local retailer (different brand). It did not run very long before overheating so I returned it and decided to get a gas powered unit. I saw this one and thought I would give it a try. I like that it had the triplex pump and good pressure. I was not disappointed. I have used it for about 5 hours now across 3 days and it starts on the first pull each time and has never overheated. Just good pressure all the time. Would definitely recommend.

While assembeling the pressure washer I have had some questioins.I found 4 bolts that are not mentioned in the assembly steps. I also have a plastic tube that is not part of the assembly. I was directed to fill out the warrenty paperwork before getting a chance to have any questions answered. So I hope it works out. So far so good.

The pressure washer is a very heavy duty and water pressure very strong. Very useful to anyone w/heavy duty jobs at home or if in business. I recommend checking the bolts however, two were very loose on the pump and vibrated out during 1st usage. Great buy, but check the bolts! Awesome machine!
