Just purchased this and it clearly is built to last. Hose is 'real' not that hard plastic stuff. Love the quick connect of the features of the spray nozzle. Attachment ports are easily accessible. Well built with clear identification of caps etc. for maintenence.

Just bought this pressure washer 1/2/2025, received it on 1/09/2025. I will fire it up soon and see how it does. quite a few reviews mention defects, or missing parts. Mine seems to have come with all parts needed, Will See after starting it and following the directions to see how well she does under pressure:)

Brand new right out of box. Followed all instructions in owner's manual. Put brand new fresh gas in a brand new gas can. Will shut off immediately while putting choke to off after starting. (even after a minute or more) have called the company and hopefully can bring this rating up. thinking it might be in the choke linkage not anything fuel.

I really like this little pressure washer. It's light weight and runs really well. As far as gas pressure washers go, it's not terribly loud. I find that it puts out consistent pressure and as long as your water source can supply it, it easily pumps out 3,600psi and 3gl per minute. My only issue is with cold starting it. Even utilizing the choke and being super attentive to it, it takes me many pulls of the string to get it started. Once it's running I can turn it off and on as needed. Overall, I would recommend this pressure washer to just about anyone.

I have used this for 10 hours so far and it runs great with lots of power and flow. I found starting it when it is hot is best done by removing the nozzle from the QD and just squeeze the trigger and let water flow from the QD. It give the least back pressure on the pump.

Box was opened after the return date. It was event that this was previously returned. The packing of the items was out of place. All pieces were included. The setup was fairly easy and straight forward. The Handlebar was bent. It took some muscle to get it on. The pull string handle was broken at the base. To rate this product is too soon. For a 3600psi it seem not to be as powerful as I thought be. I have used others of a lesser psi which seem to be more powerful. For my purpose, it will work. I did my sidewalk approximately 30m long with the initial used. It took one tank of gas using the orange nozzle. My Driveway will be next. My rating is based on packing of the product. If I had opened earlier, I may would have returned it. Its working

I bought this pressure washer to use for both personal and business related projects. Setup was very straightforward. Started up first pull and worked very well. I bought this unit because the GPM was better than others with the same Psi and the reviews were good. I can't speak for its long-term reliability as I haven't had it very long but, so far, I am pleased with the unit.

This 3600psi model worked very well for cleaning my 20' x 36' concrete driveway. I also purchased a 16" stainless steel surface cleaner with it's 2 underside spray nozzles on a rotating spray head which really sped this cleaning operation up. Only took about 2 5 hours which was about half the time of other pressure washers I've used. The main reason for buying this unit was it's long lasting water Triplex pump. I'm not sure how the engine will last though, as it's very cold blooded and takes 5 to 6 pulls to start or restart when turned off for a bit. (I live at only 390 above sea level.) I plan on changing out the engine and pump oil soon. Will be contacting Westinghouse soon to find out their recommended 85w90 gear oil to use! Mainly wish to know if a quality synthetic is okay and verify use of GL4 or GL5 grade oil. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and hope to get quite a few personal home use cleaning seasons from this machine. My message to anyone planning to buy a pressure washer is: Buy an American built unit like this one with a Triplex Pump for just a few $$ more! From my research on this matter, a good pump will actually last a long time with just easy specified oil changes per the owner's manual.

Satisfied with the power of the unit although it came without the key way installed on the pump. Fell out when I opened the box. Had to install myself after calling the factory. Disconnected 4 bolts on the pump and installed the key on the motor shaft. Also, this pressure washer is a beast to crank, but when it’s running it does a great job on most anything, concrete driveways, vinyl fencing etc.
