The packaging the plug-in came in kept the product safe from damage and was nicely packaged. The adjustable handle worked smoothly to release the amount of solution I desired. The lavender and chamomile scent isn't overpowering at and leaves the living room smelling pleasant. The aroma seems to linger into other parts of the house. Like so many other's here, your Lavender and Chamomile has been a staple in our home for over a decade. We thought we bought the wrong thing when the scent didn't smell right. There is no comparison between the old fragrance, and the new one. We had to unplug it, and won't buy anymore sadly. We did not like the new smell at all. We hope so much you'll bring back the old one. The old scent is a 5 star!
