The new lavender chamomile scent is so strong and overpowering it gives me a headache. The original scent smelled fresh and clean. I've been using the original scent for year but if they continue with the new scent, I will not be buying this product anymore.

I do not understand why companies opt to change smells of successful products. The old smell had depth and a very appealing "flavor"(if you will). This new smell is just repulsive and gives me a light annoyance of a headache. I originally thought i bought the wrong smell this time, but it seems y'all have just really screwed up on this revamp.

I have used the lavender scent for years and it made our house have such a fantastic smell. It is the only scent I would use and would often receive compliments about how good our house smelled. I recently purchased the new lavender scent and could immediately tell a difference. It is no longer a nice smell but, instead, an overly sweet floral scent that does not resemble lavender. It also gave me a headache within a very short time. I am very disappointed and will no longer be buying Plug Ins, as this is the only scent I would use. Unless the original scent is brought back, I am sorry to say you have lost a lifelong customer.

I am so disappointed, I was absolutely in love with the lavender and chamomile scent until with my recent purchase I noticed the scent changed. It's awful doesn't even smell like lavender anymore. Please change it back. Will not buy the new scent, and would like to return the pack of 5 that I just purchased. Very dissatisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy these Air Wick Scented Oil Air Freshener refills in Lavender & Chamomile scent. The scent is very lovely and lasts longer than most other scented oil brands I've tried. I like using them to help freshen up our bathrooms and laundry room since that's where I keep our litter box and they seem to do a nice job keeping the rooms smelling pleasant. This 5 pack is especially nice because I have extra refills available when one runs out or if I want to spread them around the house. I think these definitely work better for smaller to medium sized rooms, but if you have a larger room you could always use a couple in different corners if you wanted to.

I've been buying this scent since 2013. It's been changed once before and this is just as bad. It smells almost like fabuloso! So bad!! Bring back the old and stop messing with this scent.

We have been buying these for a few years now and used to love them, but the new formula they have changed to, is absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend anyone to buy these.

Please bring back the original lavender chamomile scent! This updated scent is almost as bad as the updated scent from 2016 or 2017 that was thankfully switched back to the original. I am devastated!!!

Moved to new state. New place. Bought lavender air wick oil scents. Should have read the reviews first. The lavender scent isn't what I remember. Waste of money. No longer a favorable scent.

I have been buying the lavender chamomile plugins for years, it was my favorite scent. Recently they've changed the formula, It smells horrible! Please bring back the old formula!
