The overall quality is very good. Plug-in unit is dependable and refills are easy to install and fairly long-lasting. We place them in the hall area upstairs and downstairs for best results. The Sams offering of several fragrance choices in a value pack is a real plus. On a slightly picky note, we wish the refills were all colored rather than clear, because that makes it easier to see when the little bottles are empty/

The new lavender and chamomile does not compare to the previous scent. I hardly ever write reviews but I feel strongly enough about the loss of the previous Lavender and Chamomile Air Freshener to take the time to write this. There was a pleasant and non-cloying quality to the old Lavender and Chamomile that I really loved. I am very disappointed in the new scent and am curious why Air Wick felt the need to change the fragrance formula? I immediately noticed the difference and not in a good way. I won't be purchasing this fragrance anymore unless the old scent can be restored. The new scent is overtly sweet and not appealing to me.

I've been using this scent for more years than I can count. It is the only scent that doesn't give me headaches. I thought I was going crazy when I recently bought more and they smelled totally different. I went to a second store unrelated to the first and and bought another set of refills. Sure enough, they too smelled terrible. I'm so glad to read these other reviews and see that others are noticing the same unpleasant difference. A funeral home is more pleasant than this new formulation! Please please PLEASE go back to the original formulation!!

I'm not happy about the scent change. The lavender has been the only plug in that doesn't trigger migraines with its light smell. I just put one of the new refills in and it is so flowery. Please bring back the old or consider relooking at this new scent again to make it less like a floral perfume. I've been using this scent for years and am so disappointed. I'm going to have to find something else to use in my home.

We have been using this scent for years and loved it as it was the only scent that didn't send my allergies off as soon as I walk in the room. It was warm and comforting. This new formula is terrible and I am so disappointed. Just bought 40 refills and they are all getting sent back. They make my home smell like fake horrible air freshener. If this is the new formula going forward....you have lost a customer.

I always buy the lavender chamomile scent and get so many compliments on the smell. I disappointed that the smell has changed. Before it was a soothing relaxing scent and now it smells like a cheap gas station air freshener. I will no longer purchase these!

I really don't understand why you keep changing the scent. It smells awful and was so good before. This happened several years ago and you changed it back. It seriously makes me nauseated. You should at least warn every potential buyer on the package that you've changed the scent. I really think that is one of the most frustrating part. I would have never spent money on this product.

A few years ago this same thing happened. They changed the scent, and it was widely disliked. Maybe I got lucky and managed to find some new-old-stock before they changed it, but recently, I haven't been able to find anything but the "new and improved" scent. This new scent is awful, unbearable and gives me a headache if I'm forced to smell it for more than a minute.

I have used the lavender scent for years and it made our house have such a fantastic smell. It is the only scent I would use and would often receive compliments about how good our house smelled. I recently purchased the new lavender scent and could immediately tell a difference. It is no longer a nice smell but, instead, an overly sweet floral scent that does not resemble lavender. It also gave me a headache within a very short time. I am very disappointed and will no longer be buying Plug Ins, as this is the only scent I would use. Unless the original scent is brought back, I am sorry to say you have lost a lifelong customer.

The new lavender chamomile scent is so strong and overpowering it gives me a headache. The original scent smelled fresh and clean. I've been using the original scent for year but if they continue with the new scent, I will not be buying this product anymore.
