In this day and age when you get a new product, you must have reasonable to low expectations. This product is heavy and I expected it to come with poor shipping box. This was packed really well, instructions, contents well made and even included tools. Setting up was easy, came with a specific funnel to help fill oil without pouring it all over the engine. The quality of the front panel for the electrical and gauges way better than others I have seen. Runs smooth!

I bought this generator to run my 240 volt mig welder. Additionally, if I lose power at my house, I plan to use it as standby power. So far it is performing perfectly. Set up was easy, installing the wheels was simple. Filled the engine with oil, and it started easily. Heavy duty box protected the generator during shipment.

This unit will power my entire house (heat, 2 refrigerator/freezers, hot water and lights) using professionaly installed 50amp plug outside wired directly to the box with lockout. Love the three fuel sources if ever needed. Haven't needed it yet, but started right up first try to test. Battery was already installed and charged. Turns out my electrician has the same unit for his house so felt good about my decision. 5 Stars!

Purchased this generator about a month ago right after Helene. I have used it several times with Propane; started right up on first try. Remote start fob is great! In a power loss situation, I plan to run it off natural gas we have at the house and run the electrical service through a manual transfer switch. With the 50 amp service, I can run most of my house. Also with the 50 amp output, I can run my welder. Build quality is excellent. It is heavy duty and also heavy. Assembly instructions were straightforward. Shipping was fast and easy with a liftgate service. The operations manual and other maintenance literature definitely sets you up for success.

I purchased my Westinghouse generator in March, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. It's given me real peace of mind as I prepare for hurricane season here in Texas. Putting it together was super easy, came with all the tools needed. Have not started it yet but love the key fob, will make it easy for my wife to operate if needed. It's very heavy, rolls easy but if you have a small ramp for your platform to park it on it should not be a problem. Excited that this should run everything including the A/C

I bought this generator a few days ago. The starting options are great, pull start, push button start and remote key fob start. This unit has a 9.5 gallon gas tank and can run for 19 hrs awesome! It was easy to set up just install foot pads and wheels and connect battery wires and you are ready to go. The 3 fuel options are awesome, gas, propane and natural gas. I would recommend this generator to anyone. 10 out of 10!!!!!

I looked at many generators and read many reviews prior to choosing this generator. I have not had the opportunity to use my new generator; however, I am pleased with the appearance. The battery charged quickly. Based on the size, I feel satisfied it will meet our needs should we have a tropical storm this year.

I bought this generator because of the tri-fuel option and the outstanding reviews it has received. We wanted one that could hook-up to our newly installed natural gas line. This one, also, included a 15 connector hose. This generator starts easily and is quieter than we expected. We haven't had an outage to try it on yet, but so far it looks and runs great.

Easy installation direction for a high powered generator! All parts clearly identified in instructions. The remote starting a plus to the standard starting options. Although very heavy it was easy to move around for a 78 year old man! Very very solidly built. Started the very first time! Wish I had purchased last year!
