Really happy with the build quality of this generator. This thing is built like a tank! Also very happy with the Tri-fuel available operation that is versatile to keep the power going matter what... from whole home power, to up north snowmobile shack power or working out on the hunting property! Large ergonomic handle and bearings in the wheels to easily move the unit around. Also comes with a ton of accessories (25 foot natural gas line with quick connect, Propane hose with regulator quick connect and tool kit) and nice large user manual.

Purchase this generator for power outages. The generator was secured well on the pallet. I used one of the wheels to prop the generator up while putting on the base parts & was able to accomplish this part on my own. The generator was easy enough to set up & started without a problem. I needed this specific generator in order to connect to my 50 Amp box for emergency power. I turned the main breaker off & tested the generator on backup power. Everything worked amazing! I am excited to see how this generator will hold up is a real power outage (which normally lasts several days in my area). So far I am very pleased with this purchase!

We chose the Westinghouse WGen11500TFc due to its large power output, tri-fuel capabilities, and low THD. Our generator arrived on time and in great condition. We plan on using it as a whole house back up power generator. Instructions were straight forward on how to assemble and break in the unit. We've tested the generator for extended hours and it easily powers our entire two story 2,900sqft home with 5 ton A/C (with EasyStart, purchased separately) using only 50-60% of the stated power output on natural gas. It comes with all the tools required for assembly and other extras like remote start, propane hose, natural gas hose, oil, and funnel. This is a great generator and we're glad we went with Westinghouse!

Bought this generator in January during a forecast for potential power outages in our area. We live in a semi remote place and, like everyone else, don't need to be without electricity. Unboxed and set up for use straight away, to be ready, and thankful I did! Remote button start was amazing and the peace of mind knowing that this generator will power all my main needs, was priceless. Thank you Westinghouse.

I bought this after our last generator quit during back to back winter storms. Our neighbor had purchased this model a few months earlier so we went with this one on his recommendation. It arrived promptly, was a very easy set up and everything was there that was shown. I love the tri fuel system, as well as the electric start with remote fob, especially as we are elderly & my wife will be able to start it if need be. I have been performing the initial recommended trial run and have had no issues. Price was good and appears to be a very good product.

Generator came very quickly and westinghouse even gave me a free upgrade to the tri fuel model! I ordered this generator in case we need it at our last snow event and it seems this will be plenty enough to run the heat in our house and even our tankless hot water heater (with everything else off) This will make a great back up for us.

Bought just recently to replace a pull start generator. Remote start is a game changer as well as the Propane option. We got a free upgrade to a tri fuel! Some much easier than dealing with gas. Chose this model specifically for the <5% total harmonic distortion feature. Do your research if you are using for your home backup.

I just picked this Generator up an it is impressive, the build quality looks amazing, bought this for a whole home back up, I still need to fill with the included oil and follow the service instructions but everything looks great I did my research and this checked all the right boxes !!!! Great product!!!

I am so impressed with my 13500 tri-fuel generator. Easy to use and quiet for its size. I had been putting off buying a generator. I was very familiar with the Westinghouse brand. This model has so many features. I am very pleased. I plan to buy a smaller model to travel with.

Very well built, easy to install wheels, oil was slow to add because i did it in sub temps but that's on me. connected to propane and it fired up first press! haven't fully loaded this passed 50% since still in the break in period but it's a great machine.
