We bought this after several lengthy power outages. It arrived quickly, was easy to assemble. So far I have used the propane and Natural Gas fuels. Works like a charm. We have it as temporary power, but wheel it out, plug it in, attach Nat Gas Line, push the remote and go have coffee, using an electric coffee maker of course. Decrease stress levels in every storm.

This generator is great. Followed the directions and making sure to tend to it for the first five hours. Currently do that while tending to the oil. The YouTube videos available for this generator also give you reassurance directions do not always provide! Easy start up so far!!

Very excited about our new WGen11500TFc Generator. Bought it after the ice storm hit Nashville, so we'll be prepared for the next outage. We followed the directions on getting it started and it worked the first time. Very excited to know my family won't have to abandon our home for a week ever again.

JUst purchased this generator. My neighbor has hd one of the dual fuel generators that he really liked. My other generator is 15 years old and half the watts. I like the fact it uses propane and will probably get a natural gas line to the place I plan to use it. Hoping not to need it, but having the capability to power my home is priceless!

Bought this generator in January during a forecast for potential power outages in our area. We live in a semi remote place and, like everyone else, don't need to be without electricity. Unboxed and set up for use straight away, to be ready, and thankful I did! i bought this in preparation for the big ice storm that never materialized. This unit will keep the well pump, entire kitchen and hot water heater going, which we will need to keep the two horses and two donkeys in the barn happy. I'm very happy to have three options for fuel - you never know when there's going to be a shortage of one or the other.

I bought this generator to power my house, it has enough power to run EVERYTHING!! Highly recommend a Westinghouse generator for all your emergency and non emergency needs!! It has a built in Co2 detector, auto shut off, remote start, pull start, electric push button start AND can run on 3 different fuels. It was easy to set up and program the remote, follow the included instructions and you'll have ZERO issues. MAKE SURE TO READ THE MANUAL! Especially when introducing the first power load to the generator during the break in period.

I had the dual fuel version of this generator in 12,500/9,500 watts as an emergency back up for the home. My house is plumbed for natural gas so when the tri-fuels were recently hitting the shelves I was jealous. I thought of just buying a conversion kit but then I would sacrifice using propane if I needed to use it away from home or lend to a friend. I decided to buy this one with an increased wattage and with the ability to run gasoline, propane, or natural gas.

Bought this in January 2025. Just got it out and ran it for the first time December 2025. Easy to hookup on propane and it started and ran perfectly. Love to remote key FOB. Have not put in under fully load yet since it is not broken in yet. Very pleased with purchase.

This is a heavy generator. The hardest part though is getting it out of the truck. Once the wheels are on it is easy to move around and get setup. Everything was included that I needed to get it running. It took me about 15 minutes, and it was up and running. It is quieter than I thought it would be given the size of this beast.
