Just bought the generator. Took a couple tries to start even though it's brand new. Filled it with oil and followed start up instructions. The 120v plugs work fine but the 50 amp plug does not seem to be working. Not sure if it is my cord which is brand new too or if it's the generator.

Very excited about our new WGen11500TFc Generator. Bought it after the ice storm hit Nashville, so we'll be prepared for the next outage. We followed the directions on getting it started and it worked the first time. Very excited to know my family won't have to abandon our home for a week ever again.

I bought this generator a few months ago and finally got around to setting it up and running it. I decided to go with propane. Unboxing, assembly and prep for start-up took about 30 minutes. I absolutely love everything about this generator! Starting with the compact size, ease of assembly, Tri-Fuel option. remote start, portability, key start, digital display everything you need. Extremely pleased with this purchase! Just need a cover, and it looks like that is included here. Thank you!

I'm only giving this a 3-star right now because Westinghouse is asking me to fill this out when I've had it for less than 24 hours and havnt even been able to back my house up with it yet. With that being the case, I do like this much better than my Predator 9000 as it comes with a better warranty and much more in the package (wheels, oil, etc). Beyond this it's rated for less than 5% thd (but that remains untested by me at the moment). As of right now I have a fan and a space heater on it running off of propane and it starts and runs great. I'll have more to say once it's tied into the house.

Just received this generator yesterday. Assembly was easy and it started right up and ran for quite a while as I was using it on a wood working project. This one is a lot quieter than the kind I had before. Very pleased with all the features it comes with and also with the remote.

Bought this in January 2025. Just got it out and ran it for the first time December 2025. Easy to hookup on propane and it started and ran perfectly. Love to remote key FOB. Have not put in under fully load yet since it is not broken in yet. Very pleased with purchase.

So far so good, I had the generator hooked up directly to our circuit breaker panel with the proper setup, whereas it can only be run if the main circuit breaker is turned off (not getting power from the utility company wires). It started up, running on regular gasoline and it powered everything in the house. Keep in mind it was not a particularly cold day, so I doubt all the heaters were on, but the generator did not make a noticeable sound as if it was under a heavy load. I think this generator will be powerful enough to supply mostly all major appliances in our home. I also like the battery start up and large fuel capacity.

This is a heavy generator. The hardest part though is getting it out of the truck. Once the wheels are on it is easy to move around and get setup. Everything was included that I needed to get it running. It took me about 15 minutes, and it was up and running. It is quieter than I thought it would be given the size of this beast.

This is my second unit purchased because I was so impressed with the first one. I was able to run just about my entire household, including well, furnace, lights and freezers / refrigerators all at once when I load tested the unit in a trial. Easy to start and maintenance is simple. Well thought out manual with good information for operation and service. I suggest changing out Torch plug for NGK...never even tried the Torch. Changed out first thing when prepping the unit for break in run. The manual lists NGK plug to use as a choice.

i BOUGHT THIS GENERATOR A MONTH AGO. I AM SATIFIED SO FAR. NOT TOO NOSISY. NO POWER SURGE, EVEN WITH ALL MY OUTDDOR LIGH ON AS USUAL. WHEN I MEAN BY LIGHTS, I AM BIF FAN OF WINDOWS, LIGHTS AND FLOWERS , THE REASON I GAVE A FOOR STAR IS NOT ABOUT THE PRODUCT BUT FOR THE FACT THAT WESTINGHOUSE DID NOT SENT ME A FITTIING FOR NATURAL GAS WHICH MY PRIMARY USE. BUT I DID RECEIVE THE FITTING FOR PROPANE
