I just purchased generator, so I cant speak long term. I will say it is packed well, comes with everything shown in description. Easy to install wheel kit, easy to fill with oil. Easy to start and charge the battery. The remote start fob works well to. I started the generator to make sure everything works powered a heater. Eveything worked. Im working to install to power whole home through the panel box. Hold 9.2 gallons of fuel I used ethanol free free . I did not see anything that stated you should juat min of 87 octane.

I just ordered this generator and got it out of the box and setup in less than an hour. Hooked up to a propane tank with the included hose - started right up! Plan on connecting to natural gas and my circuit box in the next few days. A lot of houses in my area lost power recently, but I won't have to worry about that anymore!

We just got this yesterday. Were building a conex house and needed a generator to run our welder. Our sons made a gift of this generator for us. They are all grown and live in NY where we live in AZ. We've been waiting to build this conex home for over 1 1/2 years. We're certain that this generator will help us complete our home.

I bought this after our last generator quit during back to back winter storms. Our neighbor had purchased this model a few months earlier so we went with this one on his recommendation. It arrived promptly, was a very easy set up and everything was there that was shown. I love the tri fuel system, as well as the electric start with remote fob, especially as we are elderly & my wife will be able to start it if need be. I have been performing the initial recommended trial run and have had no issues. Price was good and appears to be a very good product.

Just received this new generator. This item was easy to set up (took me about 15 minutes). Set it use on propane for the break in period, unit started right up on the first rotation from the battery. The way it started and the noise level for a generator of this size, we couldn't be happier about our purchase for a whole home back up plan.

After extensive research I bought this product while on sale. Unpacking and assembly is super easy, and it started right up with no issues. I have not put a full load on it yet, but not expecting any issues if the initial quality is any indication of long-term performance.

Bought it for standby power during storms. Have not put it to the test yet but once I put in oil and hooked up to propane it cranked right up. It is not as loud as I was expecting. I think it is the best bank for the buck compared to inverter generator and it is safe for electronics.

I bought it a week ago in preparation for ice storm. Set up was a breeze. I've only used it enough to satisfy the break-in period. I'm happy with aLL its features and sturdiness. Note: as with ANY new small engines, I strongly advise changing the oil after no more than 24 hrs of run time.

I just received this yesterday, but I am very pleased with the care that was taken to protect it during shipping. It was a breeze to assemble. After reading the instructions I added the oil, connected it to a propane tank and pushed the start button. It started right up without issues. Although this generator is a tri-fuel model, I plan on never using gasoline and will connect it to my natural gas line to be used during power outages.
