I purchased the tri-fuel generator to replace my troy built gas only generator. I wanted to use it with natural gas. Unfortunately, it would not run steady with natural gas. I initially could not start it, then started with gasoline first then switched over to natural gas. It continued to run but not efficient. I changed the spark plug to a E3-22 and it started with only natural gas but would hardly run and would not produce an output voltage. I believe it's the volume of natural gas that is the issue. I have to tap in closer to my meter and use the largest size hose then convert to the 1/2' QD at the generator. I used a full bottle of propane and it lasted a little less than 6 hrs. I have a transfer switch box with 10 breakers that it powered. 2 refrigerators, hot water heater, outlets and ceiling fans were powered. No issues other than my lights would flicker. This thing is a beast. I will be installing a soft start on my air conditioner and have that added in the box. I bought the larger 13000 BTU to support everything.

This is one of the most economical Tri-Fuel generators available. I personally use this with natural gas as a backup generator for the house. With natural gas it will run indefinitely and i don't have to worry with the potentially dangerous necessity of refilling a potentially hot generator with gasoline. Hasn't been used much but the setup and initial break in use went flawlessly. I also appreciate that this has a trickle charger built in for the starting battery (a known problem for some of the Generac generators).

Bought this a few days ago. Started it to make sure it ran. And put a small load on it.started with a little bouncing surge in the begining. Seemed to work it self out after the third start. For emergencies. Looked good so far. Beautiful looking machine.

I bought this right after Hurricane Helene hit us. I wish I'd bought it sooner. I've had o run 2 generators in the past in order to have water and power. This generator provides enough power for all f that on its own. Larger fuel tank and remote start are define bonuses as well.

We purchased this due to all the outages lately.We were looking at a whole house standby generator.After research, we decided on this portable whole house generator and I'm so glad we chose this type. We had the electrical wired and gas hooked up and it's also nice having 3 options -propane , natural gas and gas.And it was much more reasonable!

I've looked into generators for awhile and wanted a low THD portable gen that was within our budget. The Westinghouse that is just 1000 watts less than this one, and costs less but has the higher THD. if you've looked into generators, that may cause damage to sensitive electronics. I should have no problems running my house with this gen.

I've only had this generator for about a week now and It's met all my expectations. It was easy to remove from the packaging and with the easy to follow instructions I had it up and running in less than an hour. My friend was so impressed that he will be purchasing one in the near future. It actually runs like a champ and produces all the power I will need for the next power outage.

Although I haven't used this much, my brother-in-law has the same model and has used it frequently. He has a very large home and during a two day outage was able to keep everything running they needed. Everything was in the box and setup was simple. I love the tri-fuel adaptability and the electric start.

You guys have to know that about time some of these unit are sold the batteries are totally depleted,and will not accept a charge ,and that's the problem that I'm having on a brand new unit the battery light only come on if it plugged up I tried changing it several time,but the starter just clicks need a replacement battery.

Bought it late last year. Just assembled and started up. Worked except Page 25 illustration shows the choke as "A - Choke (on/warm start)" and "B - Choke (off/cold start)", as well as "...on/warm" in an instruction below. That all appear to be incorrect. Luckily other step-by-step instructions show "on/cold" and "off/warm". It would be confusing/wrong for those that don't know the purpose of the choke.
