I bought this generator to be prepared for blackouts. If the power goes out the sump pump will stop and could cause major damage. I wanted this generator for peace of mind. It will also keep 2 refrigerators and a freezer running, plus keep the gas furnace and the lights . Hopefully it will not be needed, but it is there if needed, again peace of mind.

I lost power after a storm in Houston about a month ago. Had an electrician wire up a 50 amp plug to the breaker panel so I could power the house with the generator. We lost power a few days ago again with the hurricane and have been running the generator for almost 2 days now. It works great and is easy to use. I am so thankful I bought this.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I'm so glad I did. I've been wanting to upgrade to a tri fuel generator. Thankful we will be able to have many options to power our house when the generator is needed. The generator appears to be very well built. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I bought this generator due to it having more power than my other generator and built in tri fuel capability to run natural gas without any modifications required. The generator appears to be well built and sturdy (very heavy as well!) so I'm hoping for many years out of this unit.

One leg of the L14-30R outlet was not hot. I really can't say much about the units performance because I was not able to use it. This review is all negative, because that is my initial experience. Once it is repaired and I use it, my opinion could change.

We previously purchase a generator that was not big enough to run our air conditioner or furnace. This was the most cost efficient way to run our home as opposed to the large stand alone whole home generators. We put on the wheels filled it with gas and oil and it started right up. We now have the piece of mind that if we are without power, our freezers are safe and we are able to heat or cool our home

The perfect size trifuel generator for what we need. The price is great for what you get out of it. Other brands ask a thousand more for the similar unit. We have not put it to use yet but I run it just to check it every few months and it it starts and runs great. I can't wait to see how it will perform on load. If you live in Houston it is a must have.

just received the generator a couple days ago. the assembly was easy and directions clear. still having trouble pairing the key fab. the directions say to press and hold the start/stop button for 10 seconds, but the generator starts during that time. so still have to solve this, but if it does start and you are supposed to continue holding the button, the directions should clarify that.

Really incredible unit overall. More than capable to power most homes and I swear this thing starts easier than most vehicles (remote start, push start, etc.). Multiple fuel sources are great and operated great with my testing. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

We bought this generator last year after hurricane Beryl. My husband works for TXDot and when there are emergencies like weather events he works long days and is away from home for sometimes over a week, leaving me home alone with no power. I'm grateful to now have peace of mind that this generator will run the entire house, we will not have our freezer or refrigerator food spoil, and I will be comfortable in the house while he is away!
