Just received the unit, after installing oil and hooking up to propane (Dual Fuel) generator started and run wonderfully. A bit loud, but acceptable. Using to power my house.

I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATE THE OPERATOR FRIENDLY ENGINEERING. EASY NO TOOL ACCESS DOORS, WELL THOUGHT OUT BATTERY LOCATION, CHARGE PLUG ONLY CRITICISM: LPG HOSE IS TOO SHORT

We recently had a power outage. Bought a smaller generator that barely powered our fridge and freezer. This one is enough to power the AC and main electric outlets. The set up was super easy.

This is my second dual fuel from Westinghouse. I had the 4500 but needed something bigger. Love the dual fuel have never run it on gasoline just LP. Have over 500 hours on my other one with no issues. Hope this one exceeds the smaller one

Easy setup easy startup. Low noise. Could not be happier to have peace of mind in event of power loss. Electrician is scheduled to install transfer switch for whole house needs. Thanks Westinghouse.

Purchased this as a home backup solution for hurricanes. So far so good. Quieter than my traditional generator that had half of the power output. Battery start is very nice feature.

This unit is quiet for the cost. Why pay Honda prices when you don't have to. It may not have the name behind it but your into the big league. With a three year warranty you can't go wrong.

Has all the power I need to run my 3 ton ac system with a soft start and then some. Great features. Love that it's clean power too. So far very happy!
