Bought for emergency backup power. Seems well built and runs very quite for an 11,000 gen. Ships with everything needed to get it assembled and comes with quart of oil that you must add.

Decided to pay extra and get the inverter glad I did. Electric/remote start works well and generator runs great. Still breaking in so haven’t fully loaded yet but runs well and fairly quiet.

Bought this for my BBQ trailer business. It's super quiet and the multiple plugs help me power everything. I'm getting about 11 hours of run time at 50% loading, which is more than I expected!

I bought this just in time for a late winter storm. The setup and instructions were simple and easy to follow. The tools and hardware was all included and seems to be good quality.

I have had the inverter for only a few days... what I could see while testing it is relatively promising... I'm waiting for the first opportunity to see how it will perform in continuous operation for several hours or more.

Product well packaged. Seems very well constructed. Lots of small touches that make operating / maintaining more efficient. No experience yet, but hoping for better results than the unnamed generator I am currently trying to use. Stand by.

Purchased the iGen11000FC to power our home. Assembly and Installation were easy and we are ready for the next power outage whether it lasts hours or days. The iGen11000 will keep our home safe and running.

Just starting to use this generator, using it to power a mobile coffee truck with a 220v coffee machine, water heater, and refrigerator. It is working but is performing well.
