We bought this inverter generator a few days ago and are very glad to prepare for its use. The product came well-packaged with easy to understand instructions. This generator has been well recommended by our electrician. We're in the process of procuring the necessary extension cord and accessories and test it in the next few days.

Assembled and started up first try. Quiet and stable running for this size equipment. Appears good quality. Average set of instructions. Only quirk I have found is that after starting with auto start and shutting down, it would not start with the manual pull cord. Tried numerous times. I found that after charging the battery to capacity, it started first pull. My thinking is that pull starting should be the work around for a dead battery. A generator should not require a charged battery to pull start. Maybe I need to review the instructions.

I own several generators for my business. This is the most powerful and the quietest generator I own. Out of the box, they provide you with every tool needed to assemble. You only have to put on the handle, 2 wheels, and bumper stops. They are very easy to assemble, less than 5 minutes, plus the tools they provide are actually good tools to use in the future. Then the kicker is, they provide you with the oil and funnel to fill up the unit. So many generators you have to connect the battery in a painful way. This is a simple disconnect plug. 100 stars for out of the box assembly.

Everything about this generator is well thought out and convenient to use. It comes with everything you need to get up and running, including tools (actual hefty tools, not those cheaply made and hard to use things you normally find included with things), a bottle of oil, and a battery tender/charger that you can use to keep the battery topped off when not in use. There is even a port on the front panel to plug the charger into so you don't have to fuss with connecting it directly to the battery. It's so convenient. My generator worked flawlessly out of the box, and I haven't been disappointed with anything about it so far. Only time will tell how well it holds up, but my initial impressions are that it is a great value.

This is our first generator, and set up, manual, operations were all very easy to understand. We have had it a week and it is performing great. We are using it to power a barn/workshop for now, but anticipate also using as a back up power supply for our off grid solar powered home.

This inverter generator is designed and built very well. Has all the features I need to power my 5000 sq ft house in the event of a power outage. Being an inverter generator makes me feel secure about running my electronics on it as well. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I bought this to have a backup for when our power goes out which happens often. It is amazingly quiet and easy to run. Silly to say but I'm looking forward to our power going out so I can smile and know that I won't have to worry about losing food or getting cold!

Did a ton of research on inverter generators. This was has it all. Easy to put together . Easy to start. This 1100 watt inverter is perfect to run everything needed in an emergency. Installed a generator plug and transfer switch on my home. You won't be disappointed with this generator.

The quality that went into the building of this inverter was beyond my expectations. Everything was thought of from the drain tube to the carburetor to the drain hose to the oil plug. Love the no tools needed to remove the side panels. Loved the ease of putting the wheels on. Love the rubber protection around the fuel cap. I like how every bit of information you need about the generator is literally right on top of the inverter. The instruction manual is precise and accurate to the exact model of the inverter. It's rare to find this kind of craftsmanship anymore. Only thing left to do is fire it up, break it in, and prepare for an outage.

This is our second unit. First one we bought was a 4500 dual fuel and it was amazing just a bit underpowered for what we needed. We went with the 11,000 dual fuel this time. Love the dual fuel option of not having to use gasoline and gum up the carb when not in use. Lp is slightly less power but it's gonna start everytime I need it to. Never had issues with our 4500 and I'm expecting a trouble free use on this one as well.
