The generator I had before didnt have enough watts to power both AC units in my toy hauler leaving the garage extremely hot for guests. I also got it to power appliances when the power goes out in my house. Im very impressed with it and its also a lot quieter than what I thought it would be.

Instructions were easy to follow, connected propane tank and cranked it up. I ran it for about 30 mins, with a space heater, no problems. Next I plan to run it on gasoline and test the fuel switch over. It is a rather heavy piece, so if you are looking for something more portable, this is not it

It had all of the outlets and the amps we needed. It arrived on time. Would definitely recommend. While it hasn't been put through the full paces, it started effortlessly and worked well while it was being tested. We are now prepared for hurricane season 2025 but hopefully won't have to use it.

This generator is much quieter, has many more features and most importantly provides cleaner power. No more fluttering or dimming house lights. Dual fuels work flawlessly. Well worth the investment.

Started right up with remote nice feature and also tried the push start button and pull option, fired right up and was pleasantly surprised how quiet it ran. Tried it out with my power tools, worked with no issues. Would definitely recommend.

The on-board battery was charged, and the unit came with oil and a custom-made oil fill funnel/tube. This made getting oil in the unit very easy with no mess. It started right up and was very quiet. The only thing that was wrong with the system was the small remote starter control would not work I replace the battery, and it was fine. Overall I am happy with this unit plan on using it in 2 weeks while dry camping with the camper
Got this for my 50amp Fifth Wheel as backup power.

The electrician recommended this generator. Very easy to install and to get around. Love the option of being able to use both Propane and gas. Mainly will use propane to keep it cleaner. Not too much time to put together/install. Just the tires, handle, and rubber legs for friction/vibration.

It is replacing a 3k watt unit that we have used during outages. The 240V output and load capacity is just what we needed to run our geothermal unit and well pump as well as some lower demand items such as fridges and freezers. The inverter provides the clean juice that our both geo and network equipment requires. Granted the output wont run everything in our house but it comes close. The alternative of a permanent whole house gennie was just not even a thought when all things are considered. If you are looking for clean output to run your finicky HVAC or computer eqpmt look no further if 11k will cover your needs.

Like I said in the title it's built well and the manual is super clear and helpful. Picked up a magnetic oil plug and instructions say to use the oil they give you for the break in period. Going to be firing it up soon but on paper this gen is the best value. Plan to run on propane as it leads to less maintenance, easier to prep for long storage and propane doesn't go bad.

Decided to up the comfort level and bought the iGen11000DFc. I was a little worried about the sound level, but no worries. Seemed just a bit louder than the iGen4500 but not much. Started up with the push of a button and I put the first hour on it. Hopefully I won't need it, but happy to have it.

When I tried to use the pull starter the handle cam off with the first pull. When I open the box there was no battery charger included with the inverter, so I'll have to find one. I got it started and it runs fine.

I definitely would recommend this generator or even the bigger versions.

I am very impressed with everything I've seen so far. It comes very well packaged and with everything needed to do the minor assembly required...and not cheap stamped wrenches, but solid tools. Excellent manual in real english! Started right up and performed perfectly. I can't comment on fuel consumption as we have not had a need so far this hurricane season. I hope we don't. Overall looks like excellent design and quality control. I'm very pleased.

I can only comment on pre-starting items. 5-stars since I can't fault it for things I haven't tested as yet. Packaging: very good+ Box was in very good condition. Only minor indents from the plastic strapping (expected). Shipped on a small pallet for easier transport/handling. Unboxed Condition: very good + It looked brand new, as it should. No dents, scratches or any other apparent defects in packaging or transport. Other items; starting, running, dual fuel options, ease of use, reliability, etc. I will attempt to update after I have had additional experience with the generator. I'm hoping the performance is matched by the packaging/appearance!
