Awesome Purchase

I BOUGHT THE DUEL FUEL MODEL SO I DON'T HAVE TO PACK GAS WHEN I
GO CAMPING. RUNS GREAT AND VERY QUIET

Set up and running in about 20 minutes. Everything needed was in the box. Documentation was perfect!

Easy Setup and a good value

No issues, runs our ac and microwave in our travel trailer with no problems. Its quiet enough that other nearby campers cannot hear it when idle.

Runs all rv appliances

Runs great. After 5 minutes, initial start up, no power output. Caught fire above the muffler behind the grille.

Started up 3 pulls.

We bought this generator for our travel trailer. We spent a few nights off grid and this has been perfect! It is so quiet and runs everything well!

Perfect for our camper!

Using this with my small camper while traveling RT 66.  It is not to loud, runs my mini-splint and stores easily.

Great small generator

Just got May10.  After watching reviews. 
Looks great.  Will use propane  text tomorrow. 
TT outlet is great for running fridge.  And more.

Love dual fuel source

I wanted to run with propane, but tried many times and with two tanks, reconnecting, choke, no choke it wouldn't start.  Gas didn't seem to be coming out of the regulator. 

So next I tried with gas and it ran easily.  Except it stops.  Usually after 15 minutes to 4 hours.  I've now spent about 2 days and 2 tanks of gas.  First it seemed to stop only with eco. Then normal mode stopped.  I tried running with a loose cap to make sure there wasn't a vacuum problem, etc. Sometimes the low oil light came on and the unit quit right away.  The tech advised that too much oil could also be a problem and it took about 4 tries and 3 spills to get the oil level which rested right in the middle of the dip stick.  Ran great for 3 hours then ...  I'm on hold with service right now seeing if I can get an exchange or repair.  Unfortunately I bought on line so return is not an option. 

I have a 10k westinghouse than ran my whole house for 7 days after a bad storm here. I was hoping for better.

Miserable experience and 2 days wasted so far

Purchased this generator a few days ago, currently working on the break in process. So far so good though, the maintenance panels are easy to remove and oil changes are a breeze. It fired up the second pull and now starts with ease on the first pull. It runs quiet, I can reasonably carry on a conversation within 5 feet of it not in Ecomode. Happy to say the least, would definitely recommend it.
