Just received; love how quiet it is compared to my other big bulky generator. I think this iGen2500 will better fit my needs. Like its small size too ! Would give 5 stars but need to test long term reliability.

The generator worked flawlessly for the 4 day trip in our RV. We used it to make coffee, run our microwave and watch movies on the flat screen, not all at that the same time of course. Very pleased with it's performance.

Unique restriction to 5 stars: Missing details of the CR2032 battery in the Instruction Manual. The insert about this has repetition of information in English in both pages.

I bought this unit to replace a very noisy older generator. I like that they provide a funnel with a hose, oil bottle and spark plug wrench. TIP: Mark the oil level on the bottle and save it for easy reference for future oil changes. I added the oil and fuel and turned the choke on for about two minutes. The unit started on the second pull. The generator is quiet when running on the economy setting and ramps up when under load. Still better than my old generator. I was torn between this one and the one made by H. This unit was cheaper and may run an air conditioner unit in an RV with a soft start kit.

One of the significant reasons I bought this generator was because I believed it had 4 positions on the Start/Stop Switch - Choke, Run, Fuel Shutoff, and Off. The Fuel Shutoff position is missing on the actual unit but is shown in the advertising. I thought the Fuel Shutoff would be a great feature. This missing feature is a big deal to me because small engines should be run out of gas each time they are shutdown so very little fuel remains in the carb bowl to gum up things. Now, I will need to remove the side cover and manual drain the carb bowl after each shutdown which is not what I was expecting based on what was represented in the units advertisement photo. I've attached photos as support that what I am saying is accurate.

This generator is the ideal tailgate must have to power our tv. We just completed our pre tailgate test run and it worked like it should. The eco mode is awesome, its also quiet, and can easily be loaded with ease due to its light weight. Ready for football season!

After a lot of looking at other generators, I decided the IGen 2600 would work the best. 2200 running watts instead of 2000 is a good difference. Nice compact package and easy to carry. The only thing was several people had broken spark plugs when they received it, and mine also was broken as well as bent. I had already planned to have a spare on hand so after replacing the plug and adding a little Lucas Oil in the open cylinder, I added fuel and one pull it started. Sounds good, quiet and I like the data center. Changing the oil might be pain without a lower level plug, but not a deal breaker. I plan to add another one later to parallel and get 30 Amps for my trailer when off road camping to allow for AC.

I've been using this for my business and have not been disappointed. Very happy with my purchase
