We bought this in anticipation of a snow storm and while we didn't end up losing power, it started up right away and gave us much needed peace of mind in an area that is prone to lose power. Very user friendly and easy to follow instructions.

Bought after a big storm. Ran for 4 days straight without a hitch. Saved all our food, ran lights, fish tank, fans, charged devices plus ran a small AC unit.

I haven't used this yet because something isn't working right. The high rating is for the great customer service I've received in getting it taking care of. I bought two and the other one is working well so far.

I purchased this generator in July and didn't open it until November 2. It didn't start. I have to call customer service on Monday and hope they can help.

This is just the perfect size for tasks around my 20A If you want to work at nite you can with power provided by IGEN2550 . The information panel is very helpful. Thanks.

I needed a generator to power and electric drain rooter at a remote location to unclog water supply for a pond. Your product was lightweight and easy to set up. It cranked on only one or two pulls and has been starting easily ever since

We just used this generator this last weekend for camping a couple nights with our camper. It worked great, and it was pretty quiet for a generator. Easy to use and not too heavy either.

I love this generator! I have another one i bought form westinghouse too. Its the 2200 6.5horse. it does the job. but i wanted a quieter one for camping. i highly recomend this igen 2500.

Bought this after Helen just to have some additional backup generator power and something I can use with my camper. Quiet, powerful, and light. Awesome product!

Light weight, easy to follow instructions, efficient, quiet. We needed a small generator for frequent short duration power outages. Just enough to run the fridge, freezer and several lights.
