I purchased a few days ago. Did the 5 hour break in and so far so good. I like the design of this generator. Not heavy when carrying. I plan on using this for tailgating and camping.

Started up on the first pull! I put in the oil, gas, set the switch pulled and it started right up! It is not very heavy considering it puts out over 2000 watts and the noise level is very low. It seems to be a great value for the price!

This is the quietest generator I've owned. Easy to start and I love the parallel feature. If you're looking for a quiet, powerful and feature packed generator, stop looking and purchase the iGen 2500.

I set the generator up about 3 feet from my window and I could hear the neighbors generator over this one. I would definitely recommend this generator.

I would compare this to the Honda 2200. For almost half the price I am getting more power and basically just as quiet. This has been great for tailgating and a backup for several appliances in my house during a power outage.

Have an issue with overload kicking generator out. Westinghouse customer service already has a new unit shipping to me. Good guys to deal with. I would give it 5 stars if the overload problem hadn't occurred.

I purchased the Westinghouse iGen2550c roughly a month ago and it has worked seamlessly. Easy start-up, reasonably quiet, light enough that I can carry it without much effort. I've already recommended it !

I just bought this a few weeks ago. It was packaged very well with no damage. No assembly, just added oil and followed instructions to hook up propane tank. Worked Great. Very Quiet.

I bought this right after I lost power from hurricane Helene. I only used it once so far but I love that at 66 years of age I can start and move it with no help !

Purchased 1 day ago in response to a power outage in the area. Well packaged, easy set-up with clear documentation and started right up. Working flawlessly thus far.
